• GardenWith benches and table, mainly lawn and with old stone paths it provides a secluded sun trap to view from the studio or in which to enjoy the sun, the stillness and the unusually clear night skies.

• GolfIt is one mile to St Davids Golf Club, a 9-hole links course overlooking Whitesands Bay, the most westerly course in Wales. It is open 7 days a week and welcomes visitors.

Notes

• TV and microwave are not provided. All logs and sufficient electricity for normal use included, plus £1 coin meter for extra. A rich, polished mahogany recycled parquet flooring with rugs extends throughout. The large entrance hallway/cloakroom contains a chair and pine wardrobe with mirror. Through the hall window you can watch wrens occupying their nest on cold winter nights in the covered outside porch. Garden: Contains a 2 person garden seat and table and a permanent stone bench. On one side a seven foot stone wall separates the garden from the owner’s mature wooded garden. A Pembrokeshire hedge bank topped with gorse separates the garden from a stream and small wooded bank on the other sides. Mainly lawn and with old stone paths it provides a secluded sun trap to view from the studio or in which to enjoy the sun, the stillness and the unusually clear night skies.
