We enjoyed our stay. It was cozy, quiet amd a great base for exploring the area. Lighting for reading could be better and kitchen could have been cleaner in a couple of areas.

Fantastic little cottage, right next to the Loch. We saw otters, gannets and eider ducks on this stay, which was lovely. Extremely peaceful and an ideal location to get away from the rat race. Would highly recommend this property to others.

House clean and warm. Kitchen had everything we needed. Wood burning stove a real treat. Seating comfortable, beds and linen good. Tv great during wet weather, good selection of shows, plus a good choice of dvds. Radio a bonus. Great views from most of windows. Holy Loch beautiful, wonderful houses with spectacular private gardens. Good restaurants and well stocked garage/shop very close. Loved everything about the house and hope to visit regularly.

What a wonderful cottage! So peaceful, a beautiful location right on the shore of Holy Loch and lots to do locally. Mike is a great host and the cottage has everything you need for a short or long stay. I would definitely recommend it

A lovely comfortable and well equipped cottage. The heating works well and is easy to adjust! The kitchen is well equipped. The sofa is comfy. There's lots of local forest walks which suited us well. The host was in touch, friendly and approachable. Thank you for a lovely few days.

Absolutely loved cottage on the pier lovely and quirky. Everything you could possibly need and beautiful scenery. Lot's of great walks in the area especially ardinnety beach.would definitely stay again
