A scenic cottage getaway in the heart of Southern Utah's canyon country awaits outdoor enthusiasts at this Glendale vacation rental house. Recently updated to provide modern comforts while maintaining the 100-year-old charm, this sweet home is easy to find and serves as a gateway to many beautiful sites including Bryce Canyon, Zion Canyon, Lake Powell, the Grand Canyon, Coral Pink Sand Dunes, Antelope, Peekaboo, and many more. After each adventure have a BBQ, read a book under the covered porch, roast marshmallows over the fire pit, or watch Netflix.

Pinkie's offers a large driveway on the property that can easily accomadate several vehicles. Access the house from the driveway by a wheelchair friendly ramp or stairs with handrails.

Fully furnished and well equiped kitchen for cooking your own meals. Washer and dryer available for your use, soap included.
Full-Size hair dryers, shampoo and conditioner, plenty of fluffy pillows, and towels.

Step inside the lovely cottage home and enter the bright, fully equipped kitchen with hardwood floors, custom cabinetry and modern appliances. Whip up favorite recipes throughout your stay and set the 6-person table in the dining room to share family meals.

The dining area opens to the living room, where plush furniture surrounds the wood-burning stove and offers ideal spots to relax while enjoying Netflix on the flat-screen TV. Head out to the furnished covered porch and enjoy a nightcap after dinner as the sun fades beyond the mountains.

This sweet little cottage was exactly what we were looking for as a home away from home. Everything was as we hoped. My husband has limited mobility, but was able to get around with his walker. Connie was very helpful in answering our questions, and even installed grab bars in the shower to accommodate my husband’s needs. Ten out of ten recommend!

House is rustic and quaint (in a good way), with modern appliances and well stocked. Very comfortable stay. Connie is a great host, very attentive and friendly. Loved the hummingbirds coming to the feeders! The location is central to the National Parks and close to the other attractions, but be prepared to drive up to an hour for other entertainment.

Zion/Bryce cottage stay

Connie is one of the most gracious hosts I have encountered. This was one of our first stays with Vrbo but have used other vacation rental companies for many years. This place was so quaint and welcoming, and offered such complete accommodations that it was like coming home.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Connie's amazing cottage! The location was so great and made it easy for us to get to our Zion ATV tour. The home was perfectly stocked wirh all that we needed..We had 5 adults and 4 kids and we all had plenty of space and slept great. Connie & Roger were truly the best hosts and went above and beyond to make our trip enjoyable and memorable. Our kids were sad to leave but we will all have lasting memories of this wonderful experience!

Wonderful time in Bryce and Zion

We had a fantastic week hiking Bryce and Zion. What a treat it was to come back to this adorable house at night to rest up. Cozy, clean, spacious, and just the perfect driving distance between the parks. Hoping to get the chance to come back to Utah, and would definitely stay here again.

Host profile image
Roger and Connie love this sweet house and named it "Pinkie's Place" after his mother. She was nicknamed Pinkie by his father and signed all of her love letters to him "Pinkie." Pinkie fell in love with Stub when she was 5 years old.
Roger was raised in this home and has always stayed in this area. He learned to be a mechanic from his father and runs the Sinclair Service Station a few miles south in Orderville. Connie is an artist and loves quilt making and now teaches art at the high school.
Connie and Roger love the area and feel blessed to live here and have spent many hours out in the backcountry. They never get tired of seeing the beautiful scenery in the place they live.

Pinkie's Place is centrally located between so many beautiful National Parks, State Parks, recreational areas and National Forests. Glendale is a quiet little farming community where the people are as nice as they can be and the skies are blue almost every day.
