Any time you want, walk down to the lake by way of a community foot path to enjoy the serenity of Deep Creek Lake or hop in the car to hit up area restaurants and family-favorite activities. Parking for community dock is located on Carmel Cove Drive. Please note that docks are only guaranteed from Memorial Day through Labor Day.
Please Note: To access this home’s dock, you must pass under the State Park Bridge, which, due to height restrictions, is considered impassible by any vessel with a tower or Bimini top. Access with your own vessel is at your own risk; pontoon boats are not recommended. Due to this restriction, please note marinas in the area will not rent boats to this address as all of their vessels have a tower or Bimini top.
