* Need a little more sleeping space there is a queen size sofa sleeper from Lazboy with upgraded memory foam mattress in the living area.

For many years we have believed that the perfect vacation involves being with someone you love at the Ocean. A few streets away is not bad but the real deal is to be ocean front, you feel the power of the ocean the entire vacation and when the week is over you have a sense of being recharged. We hope you enjoy it to the fullest as we do!

Why they chose this property

Being up on the 7th floor gives a wide range view of the Ocean and white sandy beach. The Phoenix Properties are very clean and well managed with a great reputation offering amenities beyond what most condos communities have. We are located right in the heart of Orange Beach close to everything you could want restaurants, stores and activities galore!

What makes this property unique

We updated the kitchen and remodeled the interiors after we purchased to give the condo a fresh modern flair, we will continue to update and make it comfortable for our guests. This condo has a very large second bedroom which allows 1 Queen & 1 Full beds + we added a new queen sofa sleeper in the front room so it's a two bedroom that sleeps 8 comfortably.
Waking up to sunrise right outside your bedroom door is my favorite thing.
As owners we take personal pride in the cleanliness of our condo and have a trusted staff working with us to make your stay amazing. Most of all we want you to come back again because you felt at home.
