Beautiful place to stay. A few glitches along the week which were generally sorted in a good time frame. The property has everything you need and is very spacious. Stunning surroundings and great for our two dogs who could run around freely.

The location of this house is outstanding. The main living space gives you fabulous views and the bedrooms are spacious and also have views. We often woke with sheep on our doorstep and the sound of the river was a constant soothing sound. You are immersed in the best of Welsh countryside. We highly recommend.

We LOVED our stay!! The home is a bit quirky but really well appointed and roomy. The grounds are absolutely breathtaking. I could have sat in the window seat overlooking the river for at least another week. The drive through the farm yard is a bit tricky, use satnav and mind the instructions. Wear boots and be prepared to open gates. But that's part of the adventure and makes the whole experience feel truly authentic. We'd love to return, if ever our travels bring us back to Wales. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home.

This was such a wonderful escape. If you’re looking for somewhere in the middle of nowhere with no one around, with the most spectacular scenery then look no further. Even my teenage kids enjoyed being away and exploring.

Beautiful and remote location if you love being by running water, don't mind the occasional sheep in the garden and want spectacular views of the valley and mountains either side!The house is lovely - really well equipped and nicely presented. Ideal if you have a large family or need a decent amount of space. It's a great location for hiking (Cader Idris is almost literally on the doorstep!) and the beach at Tywyn is lovely. Ruth was very helpful when we had a problem with a dripping tap - sending Dave the Plumber around asap!

The mill is a perfect stay for anyone looking for peace and quiet in the Welsh countryside. The property is a perfect blend of traditional character and modern design, with fantastic surroundings and views. It’s a great location for hiking and the beach too. We’ll definitely be back!There’s plenty of crockery and cookware at the property and the towels and bedding provided were lovely. Just make sure you bring all the food you’ll need as there aren’t too many shops nearby.

Y Félin is such a special place to stay - beautifully situated by a river in the most stunning countryside. The cottage is really spacious and comfortable, pet friendly and to a high standard. Would totally recommend and we will be back
