A perfect place to relax

We loved our time at Keld, the Manse is a perfect base for exploring and a wonderful place to relax and chill. There is a small garden at the back to eat and enjoy the amazing view. Can’t wait to stay again

Wonderful as ever!

This was our second stay at The Manse and it was wonderful. We know the area well, and find the house perfectly situated, welcoming and cosy. Helen is a great host, friendly and willing to help if needed. Couldn’t want for more from a rental property. Thank you once again, we shall be back.

The Manse is a spacious cottage. The cottage looks bigger than it is in the pictures. Helen has thought of everything. The kitchen is well equipped. Lounge is cosy and the fire makes it very warm. Under floor heating is great. Beds very comfortable. We visited the local area. Hawes, Muker. Would definitely stay again.

Keld trip

Excellent long weekend stay at the Manse in Keld. This is a beautiful, peaceful area with stunning scenery and brilliant walks The house was comfortable , very clean and welcoming, it had everything we needed. The beds are great and we all had a good nights sleep. Kitchen really well equipped and we loved the real fire. Thank you

Our home in the Yorkshire Dales

Our fourth visit to the Manse as a family and we love it. It was a wet and muddy week. We went on walks then dried out inside while playing games and doing jigsaws. A beautiful part of the country even in the rain and mist.

Beautiful, Quirky and Historic

We are a family with 2 small children, and had a fantastic week in The Manse. The house is quirky, but beautiful and very comfortably furnished. We loved the sense of it being part of the history of the village. The village is stunningly located, and very peaceful (don't go for the nightlife...) The walking straight from the front door of the house is unbeatable - whether you are experienced hikers, or have a 3 year old in tow as we did. The kids loved exploring all the waterfalls around the village. We had very mixed weather when we stayed, but found plenty to occupy us in the area on the wetter days. Would recommend Gayle Mill, Castle Bolton, Settle/Carlisle railway etc.

Very lovely cottage with everything you could possibly need and extremely clean.The cottage is very comfortable. Keld is a beautiful place with great walks from the door.I would definitely recommend this Cottage.
