Beautifully appointed 2,800 sq. ft. villa ready for your stay. Sleeps 8 with 1 king, 2 queen, 2 twin + queen pullout in oversized loft. Stainless appliances, screened porch, patio with gas fire pit, gas grill, two 60" smart TVs, fireplace, washer/dryer, library in the study with puzzles & family games. Biking/walking trail right out the back door with views of pond. 4 adult bikes available. Pools, crabbing, kayaking, fitness centers all just short walk away. Beach chairs, sand toys ready for use - get to the beach on the free shuttle! New clubhouse, pools, fitness center, gardens, and indoor recreation space opened summer 2018, just steps from our back door! Up to 6 Amenity passes included and 2 additional passes available for additional fee of $50.00 each for the week. Fee payable to the owners, who will arrange for all passes. Passes are required for everyone age 5 and older.
