This spacious 1248 sq. ft. property, located @ 130th St. bayside, lends itself to simple comfort at the beach! Our beach offers a neat clean environment of which to relax. The wide fully enclosed front porch is great for enjoying the outdoors or dining. The living area includes a big screen TV and cable for your enjoyment. There is a dvd player in the house. A full laundry room is there for your needs. Two of the bedrooms also have TVs and cable. There is also Wi-Fi. You can park your car(s) and walk to restaurants, miniature golf, North Park (which has a multitude of entertainment, including "Sundays in the Park". ). This neighborhood of Montego Bay is a great bike riding community. You can ride to the pond all the way up to the breathtaking views of the bay. There is also a fully functioning kitchen, and separate dining room to fulfil all your dinning needs. Home is 3 blocks from the ocean.

Rental is from Saturday to Saturday, with check in being @ 3:00, and check out is 10:00
Security deposit is $300.00
The house has 1 queen bed in the master, a double bunk bed in 2nd bedroom, a double bed in the 3rd bedroom, and1 cots.

Great Place

Our family had a wonderful time at this beach home in Montego Bay. Loved the screened in patio. There was a good amount of space for everyone. Really enjoyed the pool as well. Owner communicated promptly and was very nice and helpful.

The screened in porch is a great space to relax. an easy 5 min walk to the beach.

The home is very adequate. It was clean and well kept. Jeff was great to work with. Very willing to answer questions.

Excellent!

The property is nice, spacious, and very clean! The kitchen has everything you can think of and more :) The location is great, just a few blocks from the beach and very close to the pool and the park. There are a number of restaurants, shops, and ice cream parlors all within walking distance. Most importantly, Jeff was a very accessible and pleasant host. Thank you for a great vacation, we are definitely planning to come back! :)

Beyond our expectations!

Walking into a new (to us) beach rental during Covid 19 could have been a very stress inducing experience. It was the complete opposite! We entered the home and were greeted with a VERY clean and orderly house that exceeded our expectations. We had five adults and two children (3 and 1) and were able to easily function in this home. Between the well stocked kitchen, plenty of living space and enough dining and relaxation room for all of us we had no trouble in this rental. Our walk to the beach was 4 minutes (we timed it). We had a shopping center and restaurants within 1000 yards and a park next door that offered a free concert and fireworks on the weekend. Our host made our experience even better by responding quickly to our questions and concerns. We will be back next year!

Convenient location - great stay!

We had another wonderful week at Ocean City staying at this residence. Conveniently located, within walking distance to almost everything we need - including the beach! Unit was very clean with all amenities needed. A possible upgrade to (2) minor things like darker bedroom curtains and a quieter dishwasher would make this place a real bargain for rentals.

Best location ever!!!

We love this house. Jeff keeps it very clean and well maintained plus he’s always quick to answer any needs. My 3yr and 5yr old grandchildren can easily walk to beach ,pool and love the parks playground. Great place to stay.

Love the area. Easy walk to the pool, and to the beach and market. Walked over to the Crab Bag and had yummy crabs. We went to the Boardwalk 3 times while we were there. The boys went fishing down on the dock.

Great place! Close to ocean and pool, as well as a nearby park.

This place is ideal! We have stayed here 2 years in a row now and we will definitely be back! The community is wonderful - proximity to beach, pool, and park is perfect, and there are so many great places to ride bikes without having to worry about Coastal Highway. The place is roomy and neat and the screened porch is an extra bonus! We couldn't be happier!

Perfect!!!

After many years of staying on 56th Street, we decided to stay somewhere new this year. I have driven by Montego Bay and always wondered what it would be like to stay there. This house is fantastic!! Well stocked and clean! The porch was great for crab eating, reading and talking. I loved the price!! Cleaning was included which was wonderful as I seem to spend the last day of my vacation every year cleaning. Also, sheets were included, which was wonderful as its one less thing I had to pack for my family of 7. The neighborhood was quiet and walking distance to the grocery store, beach, restaurants and dollar store! The kids loved going to the pool after the beach, it was also clean and had a lifeguard on duty. I thoroughly enjoyed the TV stations at night also! Many places only have local channels but here, there were children's channels and a variety for others. This is a wonderful, family friendly place to stay! The owners were very nice and communicated everything I needed to know. We are looking forward to staying in this beach house again!! ---- The Stallknecht's

Spacious and convenient beach house is well equipped and well furnished.

We were happy with just about every aspect of our vacation and Beach Haven is the reason why. We were close to Crab Bag, pools, ocean, parks, and the boardwalk wasn't a bad drive away. The house was comfortable, and had everything we needed. Definitely recommend this property for anyone interested in a great stay at Ocean City, Md.

Highlight of our summer!

We had a wonderful time in this lovely beach house! The location was perfect - we could walk to the beach and the pool which was great with grandchildren. And we can't say enough about Northside Park - we all enjoyed time spent there walking, riding bikes, and watching the kids on the play equipment. The house was beautiful, clean, and well furnished - everything we needed and plenty of room! We very much enjoyed the screened porch. All in all, the week was a total success. We definitely plan on coming back!

good geographical area.

Montego Bay civic association is where this house sits. The community pool is literally around the corner and is family friendly. The beach/ocean is a short 3 blocks away. Food options within walking distance are plentiful. Didn't use the car all that much. Easy access to the boardwalk and shops via the bus. Great option as parking close to the board walk is limited and expensive. Short drive to the Delaware border and beaches farther north [14 blocks].

Great Home, Excellent Location

Our family of six thoroughly enjoyed our mid-June vacation at 112 S. Ocean Drive..The home is roomy and well taken care of, and its proximity to the ocean, Northside Park, swimming pool and tennis court, and all the local eateries, etc, made this an easy and enjoyable week. The owner(s) were quite attentive and accommodating, and made the entire check-in/out process a breeze. We hope to stay there again soon!

Location, Clean, Family Friendly

The rental was great. Private pool, Easy walk to the beach and Restaurants in walking distance. We biked the flat community every AM. The owners were great to work with and you can tell the place is well cared for. The park next door has some great fishing with events on Sunday. Perfect if you have kids. You can't go wrong here, as everything is near you. Park the car and don't worry about having to drive all week. This section of the beach is not over crowded so your not dealing with tons of people. The main thing we liked is its not a small condo !!! plenty of room for everyone and the porch at night was so relaxing. My wife wants to go back and from a cost stand point it's priced just right. Cant Go wrong on this rental.

Prefect home away from home

This was the perfect home away from home. Well kept and clean. There was plenty of space for our family and guests, a total of 5 people. The kitchen was well stocked with all the necessities. Beach and private pool were in walking distance. Plenty of shopping and restaurants close by as well. The owner is phenomenal and very nice.

We have enjoyed Ocean City, MD our entire lives. We have ourselves enjoyed renting in this area the past several years. Now that we now own this beautiful beach home we hope you will enjoy it too. The best part about it for me is that you can park your car and walk to so many different places.

Why they chose this property

As already mentioned we love the location of this home. We like to bike ride and walk a lot and this area is great for that. The house is laid out very spaciously and would be great for a family with children. This house is in walking distance to the beach, and to my restaurants. There northside park right near.

What makes this property unique

The porch is a whole other area that can be used. There is also a small desk area at the end of the kitchen for those who need a place to use their laptop.
