Thank you for allowing us to enjoy your lovely home. We had our whole family together at Bethany Beach. Such a lovely neighborhood/ resort. We loved the kitchen and the front porch as well as the screened in porch. We had a near perfect weather wise and really enjoyed the surroundings. The golf course was great and the hospitality was excellent. It was our first time to stay in Bethany Beach and loved it. Plenty of restaurants, convenient to everything, We ll be back again!

Property was as described. While we had hot weather, the a/c cooled both levels perfectly. The bikes, pool and porches were our favorite areas and used daily. We enjoyed the beach on 3 days and had no issues with parking. Host responded quickly to questions. Highly recommend this home/location.

We loved our week stay! The house is so comfortable and the neighborhood is so quiet. We had many walks and really enjoyed both the front and back porches on the house. We can’t wait to stay again. The hosts are amazing!

Everything about our stay was wonderful! The owners were very responsive and helpful. The property is in excellent condition and was very clean upon our arrival. We would recommend staying at this property to anyone looking for a nice place to stay if you're visiting the Bethany Beach area.

We loved the pool, sauna, pickleball, and house. We also made trips to Ocean Coty and Rehoboth but liked Bethany the best.

This home exceeded our expectations in every way! The layout is perfect for families, with plenty of room for everyone to spread out while still feeling warm and inviting. The home is beautifully decorated, thoughtfully stocked with everything you could need, and absolutely spotless.Our favorite feature was the screened-in porch—it quickly became our favorite place to enjoy morning coffee, unwind after the beach, or share dinner in the evening.The location is fantastic. Bethany Beach is just a short drive away, and with plenty of convenient ParkMobile parking. There are also numerous excellent restaurants, shops, and grocery stores just minutes away. We also loved taking advantage of the Bear Trap amenities. Purchasing a seasonal pass was simple. Jolie and Rob were exceptional hosts. They were responsive, welcoming, and clearly take pride in creating an outstanding guest experience. They provided a detailed house guide with everything from home instructions to local recommendations, which made settling in effortless. We were also greeted with a thoughtful welcome basket filled with starter essentials, a bottle of wine, and a special gift basket for our dogs—a personal touch that made us feel at home!I’ve rented quite a few homes and this home sets a new standard for us - both for hosts and for the home itself. It was impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, perfectly maintained, well stocked, and so warm and welcoming! We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

Happy Place

We stayed for a week in this wonderful home and community. Nice dog walks in the neighborhood, excellent golf, fantastic restaurants nearby and easy to get to the beach. Spacious, beautiful home and tranquil surroundings for our family of three, plus four legged kiddos. It was a perfect place to stay and relax. Thank you!!

Lovely property, beautifully appointed
