About this property

Lake Garda villa with exclusive swimming pool

On the western shore of Lake Garda (7 km), detached villa on 2 levels (3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms) with a splendid panorama overlooking the lake. Terraced land with olive grove, reachable through a short dirt road from Via Mezzema (70 m). On the ground floor: entrance, bathroom (services and washing machine), equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, fridge and freezer), dining room, lounge with fireplace and satellite TV. Upstairs: double bedroom, bedroom with bunk beds, large veranda with 4 beds and satellite TV, bathroom with shower. Large dining terrace with gas barbecue, EXCLUSIVE use of a generously sized swimming pool (11x5 m), sun loungers. Parking not reserved at 70 m.
Linen included (no pool towels).
Cot on request (euro 5 / night).
