Newly renovated kitchen and living area. Spacious, top floor sunny end unit with lots of windows. Cleaning according to CDC guidelines. 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths each with tub and shower; 1200 sq. ft. with great rates. Great for families. Don't cram your family into a small motel room with limited space, 1 bathroom and small kitchenette. Enjoy the size of this unit located right in front of Fox Park & Convention Center. A short walk to the beach and Wildwood's famous boardwalk. Access the beach along the boarded right side of the Convention Ctr which is half way to the water. 4 blocks to the 1st amusement pier; an easy walk for young children. Listen to Fox Park Sunday concert from deck. Short walk to watch Friday night fireworks. This unit is right in the middle of numerous activities, ice cream parlors, delis, mini golf and restaurants. Playground, tennis/ pickleball & basketball courts 1/2 block away. Fishing and crabbing nearby.

Wonderful location so close to the beach and the convention center!

We chose this property for the location and it was perfect! Our daughter danced at a competition in the convention center and we were able to walk back and forth with no need for parking hassle and fees! The beach is a short walk and we loved the view of the fireworks on a Friday from the side of the balcony. Thanks for the games and books provided...we needed those one day when we had just had too much sun. We would stay here again for our next visit! Thank you! The Painter and Hayes families

Beautiful condo.

The condo was clean, roomy, close to convention center. It was very much "as advertised". The only problem we had was that the PVC railing, around the balcony, was separating from the posts in places. This was a significant safety concern, as we have children and the condo is on the third floor. The railing was the only reason we did not give it 5 stars.

We loved this condo ! It is very well located. Walking distance to the beach. We were two families of four and had a lot of space for everyone. The owner is accessible and nice. I really recommend this rental.

Great place to stay!

Condo unit is a top floor end unit that is clean and bright. Everything you need Tom has in this unit except linings which you bring or rent your own. We parked our truck and walked to the beach, boardwalk and restaurants. WiFi and cable had issues the first day. Called the owner and cable company second day. Cable man came over and repaired both. Small inconvenience as we had to wait for the cable man. Driveway and garage is a tight squeeze as it shared with the unit downstairs, however you can get two vehicles in the garage and one in the driveway. Tvs in every room, although they are dated picture tube type they work just fine. Full Gas range, fridge, washer/dryer, microwave. Fully equipped kitchen is great. Garbage goes out twice a week to the curb from the garage. Tom's price is fair and the location is just right. I would recommend staying in Tom's unit as its just like being home.

Wildwood precludes condos from proving linens. However they're available to rent; drop off and pick up.

perfect spot for family vacation. located right near a big park and the convention center has a pier to help you get out to the beach with less trucking through heavy sand. the condo is beautiful and spacious. Home sleeps 8 comfortably. Just needs upgraded televisions.
