Wonderful Nerja Villa for our family

We loved the pool but too cold for the adults. The location good for walking and nice to have parking. We would have enjoyed towels for the pool and light blankets for the beds

Los leones villa

Location was great. 10/15 min walk to central town but lots of bars and restaurants close by. Accommodated 8 of us (4 couples. Maybe extra set of keys...just as we split up abit and all did our own thing some days but had to leave set in box for last ones home. A minor detail.

Thank you very much for your great review! We’re happy to hear you enjoyed the convenient location and that the villa comfortably accommodated your group of eight. We appreciate your comment about the keys — we provide two sets of keys per villa, but there is also a key box at the entrance of each property. This is especially handy for larger groups when guests go out separately. We’re glad you had a good stay and hope to welcome you back soon! Best regards from Nerja Paradise Rentals 🌴

family wedding.

We stated at the lovely Los Leones villa in Nerja for a family wedding. The villa is lovely and spacious, beautiful pool area. The doors in the bedrooms/bathroom could do with some wd40 as make quite alot of noise when opening & closing. Doors need wd40

Rental company were very helpful from start to finish

Rental company were very helpful from start to finish. Villa is well located for town and beach. Pool and surrounding area were good and well enjoyed. All was good value. All I really need to say is that we booked again for next year while we were still there. Check the keys and the lock to the gate as one was very difficult to use and open. On the whole, we very much enjoyed our stay and have booked direct for next year, so I think that says a lot. Thank you for your help.

Lovely stay in Nerja

Excellent service as usual, third time we have stayed in one of your villas. Location excellent for Nerja centre. Villa could do with a new kitchen. Ants were a problem compared with any other Nerja accommodation that we have stayed in. I think the Villa could do with the occasional thorough ant treatment.

Fabulous

We were a group of friends (Fab 5) enjoying some friendship time after some testing times. We really enjoyed the private space, the accommodation and the location . We thought your communications were excellent. So we can’t really think of an improvement in our experience.

Family time

Had the most amazing week in this villa with family . It had everything we could ever have needed. Would highly recommend nerja paradise rentals. They were very easy to deal with and answered all our queries. I hope to book this villa or similar with them again I know there is a problem with ants at times, but as soon as we notified nerja paradise rentals of them, they immediately came with products to treat them. Otherwise all was perfect

The villa was perfectly located

The villa was perfectly located. It was a 5 minute walk down to Burriana beach and 14 minutes walk to Balcon de europa with plenty of shops, bars and restaurants on the way. There were small supermarkets minutes away from the villa but we did all our shopping at the Mercadona that was 11 minutes walk away. The swimming pool is a great size with plenty of sun loungers. If you haven’t been to Nerja before then you really should give it a try as it is a beautiful area. There is definitely no need to hire a car whilst staying at this villa. Our host responded quickly to any messages which was great. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful villa in peaceful environment between the best beach (Burriana) and the center

Beautiful villa in peaceful environment between the best beach (Burriana) and the center. Very conveniently located for both. The villa was very clean and equipped with everything you need for a vacation. We absolutely loved the pool area, and it was a delight to wake up in the morning, go out on the balcony, have a coffee and listen to the sound of birds (no traffic). Also lovely to have family dinner outside in the patio. This house ideal for family vacations - we were seven persons and it felt that we had plenty of space. Everything in the villa was perfect, except for the hours we suffered without water one day. We would have liked to have a quicker respons to our emergency call. Otherwise we were very satisfied, and would love to come back.

Wedding party group

Good location and beautiful town Real problem with ants. Ants in all the bathrooms and basins even getting in to our toiletries and toothbrushes! In kitchen they were finding any food not put in refrigerator. Also 7 days is a long time with one set of towels. We all thought towels should have been replaced half way through our stay.
Response from VrboOwner on 3 Jul 2023
Dear Jill, many thanks for your review. We are always in contact with our guests to try and solve any issues which may arise during their stay. Unfortunately ants is a part of living in Spain but we are happy to provide spray against them if we are told by our guests that ants appear in the villa. There is a washing machine in the villa to allow you to wash the towels which are quickly dried. We hope to welcome you back to any of our properties in the future and please note we are always available to help with anything that you may need during your stay. Best regard, Nerja Paradise Rentals Team

Great stay over Christmas

The booking process and check-in is super smooth, the house is very comfortable and has everything you need - we especially appreciated the A/C, which has a warm air function because it was very cold for a few days when we were here in December. The location is a bit away from the town center, but very close walking distance to it. There is parking for 1 car on the property. We had an electricity outage and a person came to investigate the problem immediately although it was the 25th of December - great service. The problem was the water heater - we ended up not having hot water for 1 full day until it was fixed, however, the agency gave us access to another nearby house to take a shower if needed. We appreciate how smoothly the problem was handled. We also really appreciated the food basket which is possible to order at the arrival - it saved us a trip to the grocery store after a long day of travel. There could be a bluetooth stereo to connect to to play music. There is a very old CD player/radio on the property.

Very good villa which really suits our needs.

A well equipped villa, large enough for 8 people and in a good location for both the old town and Burriana beach. Good bars and restaurants in walking distance. Nerjaparadiserentals have been very helpful throughout. Comes recommended. Villa is a little 'tired' in places.

Logement très bien situé et bien equipé

Logement très bien situé et bien equipé. Centre ville et plage a 10 min a pied. Supermarché a 5 min.
