A villa in the Chimenea area with an 8 X 4m swimming pool, close to the well-known beach of Burriana with its restaurants and shops. The center of the village is 10 min. walk, the mercadona 5 min walk.

The villa has been completely reformed in 2023/24.

We enter the villa, a few steps and we are in the living room, open kitchen and dining room. Large sliding windows give access to the terrace with a large table and 8 comfortable chairs with a breathtaking view of the pool. What a pleasure to be able to lie down in one of the 8 sunbeds along and enjoy this magnificent swimming pool.

A barbecue is also present on a terrace to the side of the house.

On this floor there is also a twin bedroom with its shower room and WC.

On the first floor there are two double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and toilets. The bedrooms open onto a terrace with a table and chairs and have wonderful views of the park and the mountain.

On the second floor there is a bedroom and its bathroom. Here too a beautiful terrace with table, chairs, umbrellas and two sun loungers allow you to have a sea view.

All rooms are equipped with air conditioning and mosquito nets.

As you can see, an ideal place to spend a quiet holiday, being in Nerja, a sparkling and welcoming village.
