We had a lovely stay in St Merryn, which is ideally situated for Padstow and the nearby surf beaches. The property is one of the best we've stayed at in Cornwall. Clean, modern and with great facilities. The hosts were also really helpful and very attentive. Highly recommended.

Fantastic Bungalow

The property and location are just perfect and can find no fault at all. Handy for the various beaches, handy for visiting all the lovely places around. We had a great stay and will definitely book again as it was one of the best properties we have stayed in.

Lovely home in Perfect Spot

Lovely clean home, in a great location minutes from Pubs, shop, take away, petrol, chilly but set in quiet cup de sac. Lovely beaches nearby. Excellent communication with hosts throughout. Definitely would stay again.

A wonderful holiday

We loved our stay in Spingtide. This is a beautiful bungalow in an amazing location. St Merryn is delightful; so near to some of the most beautiful beaches in Cornwall. Our hosts were very helpful and supportive. We highly recommend this lovely home.

Enjoyable summer getaway

Property is a good size and quiet location. Kitchen is well equipped. Garage indoor shower was huge bonus! Walking distance to the bakery and other eateries. Ideal location.

Great stay at Springtide

The house was very clean and well-equipped. Space inside worked well, including the garage shower for wet dogs! Location is a great - nice and quiet yet a short walk all to the pubs and restaurants in the village. Communication with owners was great. All in all, an excellent property in a great location!

First class bungalow.

We have stayed here several times before and can't fault the accomodation and location. Would give double the star ratings if I could. The bungalow is spotless, comfortable and truly home from home. Lovely enclosed garden and easy access to all areas of Cornwall.

Another wonderful week in Cornwall

As regular visitors to the Padstow area for many years, now our children are young adults we’d outgrown previous properties used. This holiday home is exceptional, bright and spacious. Firstly, the privacy offered to my husband and I with the ensuite made it a home from home. The kitchen is far better equipped than many holiday homes with plentiful crockery, glassware, pots and pans and utensils so preparing meals was a breeze. The addition of the utility area, shower, hanging space for wetsuits and the extra fridge in the garage, and accessed directly from the kitchen was a great plus. Beds are comfy with good quality linen and a proper size bath and hand towel for each guest. The location is perfect in St Merryn, a short 5 minute drive to our favourite beach at Harlyn Bay. A quick 10 minute walk to the Cornish Arms at which we had a fantastic meal and used the beer garden. We had a mixed bag of weather during our week but having a comfortable holiday home made the difference when we had lazy mornings or watching a movie in the evening. Thank you again for our stay and sharing your beautiful home.

Super holiday home. In a great location with lots of great places to eat nearby and fantastic beaches within a short car journey.The house was really well kitted out and bigger than we expected. Everything you’d need and more.Would recommend!

Lovely bungalow, everything you need is there, we had a fantastic stay!

This property is excellent and I would definitely recommend it. Great location, near lots of great beaches and lovely locations around Padstow and the surrounding area. Bungalow itself has everything you will need, even an hdmi lead when we needed one to connect our laptop to the tv!! Bedrooms are all a good size, lounge is big and comfy and kitchen/diner is well equipped and a lovely space. All in all we had a fantastic holiday and definitely somewhere we will look to return to.

Fabulous holiday, beautiful bungalow

Had a fabulous week at Springtide with my family. Beautiful, well maintained bungalow in a great location, within walking distance to the village. Several beaches close by so we were spoilt for choice with the great weather. Booking very straight forward and communication was excellent. 1st time visit to the area and accommodation but definitely won’t be our last, would highly recommend

We had a fantastic week at Spring tide with my family. Perfect location with many beaches only a short drive away. Beautiful house, immaculate and very comfortable. Like a home away from home. Nice stay
