The well-maintained corner garden is equipped with garden furniture and a built-in barbecue. It is a safe area for both children and pets, as it is completely fenced. In addition, it has a private parking space at the back of the house.The living room is equipped with a flat-screen TV with USB input. The house has air conditioning/heat pump in the living room and Wi-Fi connection. It is located a few meters from the communal area.The separate kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, washing machine, toaster, coffee maker, hand blender, crockery/cutlery, and kitchen utensils. The bathroom is renovated and equipped with a shower.



Our accommodation is located in Mas Pinell, a privileged area of the Catalan Costa Brava. From here, you can explore the charming nearby towns of Torroella de Montgrí, Pals, and L'Estartit. The nearest supermarket (Raül Girona) is less than 6 km away.
