This fourth floor, one bedroom, one bath unit, with hall bunks is direct Gulf Front. With the sleeper sofa, it will comfortably sleep 6. From the balcony, you will enjoy amazing views of the beach, gulf, and pool.

If you have never visited the beautiful beaches of Alabama, you are in for a treat!! Our area has so much to offer. Award winning restaurants, Golf, shopping, water parks, arcades, Zoo, fishing, boating, dolphin cruises, sailing, parasailing, snorkeling, jet skiing, water skiing, art and music festivals, dancing, amazing sunsets, or just laying on the beach, soaking up the sun and breathing in the salt air. The list of things to do, goes on and on. Tide Water is across the street from Zeke's Landing and The Shrimp Basket Restaurant

A complete remodel of the unit has been recently completed. It now has stainless steel appliances, updated countertops, wall mounted flat screen TVs in the living room and bedroom, and new flooring throughout the unit. Everything is new, all to make your stay as perfect as possible.

Location is excellent. View was great. Unit was well decorated. However, it was a bit cramped in the master bedroom. Definitely need some blackout curtains and maybe some creative storage so things don’t seem so cluttered. All in all, we would stay at this unit again.

We brought a 2 and 3 year old to stay, and it was perfect. There was a beautiful view, and the beach was very easy to get to. The pools were wonderful too. We will be back!

My sister and I had a wonderful time at Orange Beach. We loved the view of the beautiful beach. We enjoyed eating at a different restaurant each night tasting their great food. The owner was available if we needed him. Over all we had a GREAT vacation.

This unit was very clean and we’ll taken care of. Right off the elevator few steps to door. Elevators were fast never had to wait long unlike other condos we have stayed at. Would definitely recommend this unit. Owner very friendly and helped with any questions. Definitely a five star!!

Small but comfortable

Stayed 4 nights with 2 adults and 2 teenagers. The location was perfect for our crew. We stayed on the beach most all of three days. The teens enjoyed the pool and hot tub as well. There was an excellent seafood restaurant right across the street, as well as an ice cream place and donuts!! The condo had everything we needed. We even managed to bake a birthday cake. (We brought cake pans and our own mixer from home.) I packed way too many clothes, as the condo had a great set of Speedqueen washer and dryer. There was an issue upon arrival with the cleaning crew not being done. But we were still able to move in not too much more than an hour after promised time. All in all, we would stay here again!

Very nice condo in a great area

This was a perfect, small condo for our family (2 adults, 3 kids). Beds were very comfortable with the exception of the couch bed. Our 14 year old son ended up squeezing into one of the small bunks with his little brother. The view was fantastic and the reason we choose to stay here. We saw dolphins twice from the balcony. The area was really nice. Less crowded and hectic than Gulf Shores but still lovely and had lots to offer. It was wonderful to be able to walk to the beach every day.

Family vacation

Not a bad place to stay. Location was good. The entire building could use a face lift. Our bathroom sink was slow to drain, bedroom door didnt lock. The condo had a bit of a musty smell, it can hold six people but only has one small dresser and the floor could have been a little cleaner. Again; it was a good little condo with just minor issues.

Perfect spot for a family trip!

The condo was perfect for our family of 5. The kids loved the bunk beds in the hallway and the pool. The view from the balcony was perfect! I also like that it’s a smaller condo complex so it wasn’t overly crowded and neither was the private beach. You could also rent beach chairs and umbrellas from the person sitting down by the beach, it’s an all day rental from 8am until about 5pm. My only complaint is the king sized bed in the bedroom was very uncomfortable and the bedroom could also use blackout curtains because the light from the hallway outside the until is bright all night. Other than that, it was perfect and I would definitely stay there again!!

2024 Anniversary Trip

The oceanview was very nice and we enjoyed sitting out on the balcony. The patio furntiure could use a little updating as it not very comfortable at all. Also, the picture in the listing showed a lounge chair on the balcony, but there was not one. The interior furniture is clean however it could use updating because when we sat on it, we sank in more than we should have. The kitchen was very clean and nice and the washer and dryer was a plus. The bedroom was great as well but the a LOT of light comes through the window at night which is not the best for sleeping. We were so tired though,so we seemed to manage, LOL, Overrall we had a great time and really enjoyed our downtime.

Good and Bad Stay

The information to get into the condo is not good. I did not received email with gate entry number nor for the condo I booked. I had to get someone else to let me in the gate and then talked with security guard who got me info to call the condo's owner. Also, a lot of people who book condos are older and are not able to climb stairs. The elevators were out two days while is was there for four days. Very unacceptable.

It was okay.

Our first impression was terrible. There were a group of teenagers cleaning the condo as we were coming in. The floors were wet but nothing smelled clean. It had a terrible musty smell throughout the entire place and you couldn’t smell a trace of any cleaning agent. Considering they just cleaned … you should be able to smell something. (The terrible smell stayed the entire time. Possibly from mold is what I am assuming. You could see it on the vents.) The bedroom had a pink stain on the sheets and didn’t smell clean at all. We also found a load of laundry in the drier that had all bed stuff that was still wet. We are almost certain they never changed the bed stuff out. The balcony door did not lock. If you have small children BEWARE. The location was very convenient. The overall appearance of the condo was nice. The beach was perfect and the amenities were well kept. (Gym, pools, etc). You have to provide your own dish soap and toilet paper. Just a heads up!
