Your Own Private Pool And Grilling Area!

My street level townhouse is located about 1/2 block from the beach. It features a pool and grilling area within a fenced-in back yard for your private enjoyment. The pool measurement are 10' x 16' and 4' x5' deep
Inside, you will also enjoy its spacious 3 bedrooms. The townhouse sleeps 10 - a queen size bed and bathroom in the master bedroom, 2 guest bedrooms, one with 2 queen size beds, and the 2nd bedroom includes 2 twin beds. There is also a second bathroom. Also a sofa bed in the living room.. All the bedrooms have flat screen tv's

The living room has plenty of seating (sofa and love seat) perfect for watching the flat screen TV, or simply lounging around and surfing the internet, since the townhouse is WiFi enabled. The open concept townhouse's living room flows right into the dining room with seating for 8

In addition, the townhouse has a full, well appointed kitchen and a full size washer and dryer.

Simply stated, here you will find all the comforts of home in paradise! NO PETS

Perfect place for a get away!

I was absolutely thrilled with this adorable duplex! It was the perfect escape for my daughter and her friends. Check-in was a breeze, and the owner was incredibly responsive whenever I had questions. The location was unbeatable—just a short walk to the beach! We really liked the location of the property. It was a short walk to the beach, the neighborhood was mostly quiet, close to a good restaurant/bar, and could access the main road easily. The house was spacious and comfortable for our family of five. We appreciated the hose, outdoor shower, and pool when coming back from the beach.
