On the third floor you will find the most amazing living room/dining/ kitchen area. It is surrounded by picture windows and decks on three sides. The gourmet kitchen has everything you would need to cook your catch of the day. The large deck with 2 tables has a charcoal grill and plenty of seating for everyone. This spacious home has 5 large bedroom and 4.5 baths and 2 living areas. The primary bedroom has a King size bed, full bath and a balcony. The second bedroom has a King bed and the third a Queen. The fourth bedroom has 2 sets of twin bunk beds, The last bedroom is located on the ground floor and has 2 sets of twin over full bunkbeds. All other bedrooms are located on the second floor. There is also an additional living area on this floor. The outdoor shower is the perfect place to wash off after a great day at the beach. There is an elevator for your use for an additional $50 + tax per day. Maximum of 6 vehicles allowed. Sorry, no pets allowed.
