Oceanside 1/2 Block From Beach

The biggest complaint my family had when we rented houses in Fenwick was the beds! Now that we are owners we want our tenants to never have the same complaint so we splurged and furnished every bed with the best and most comfortable mattresses available.

Fenced in backyard; Brand new furniture, dishes, and top of the line mattresses.
Use the elevator instead of lugging your suitcases up the stairs.
Parking for 3-4 cars. Beach is only steps away but so is the liquor store, pizza, popcorn, ice cream, Royal Farms, mini-golf, go-cats, movie theatre....the list goes on!

Jackpot Destination

STAY HERE. Be assured that this vacation property has all the bells and whistles that only a thoughtful host can provide. You'll arrive to a CLEAN house with a well-equipped kitchen, great appliances, comfortable sofas, a handy elevator that's functional (not scary), luxurious mattresses/pillows, speedy Wi-Fi, ample parking, a handy outdoor shower, and plenty of sit-down dining space to feed your clan. Plus, it's VERY QUIET. If LOCATION to the beach is your concern, the house is literally a one minute walk to beach access, (and surprisingly, the beach wasn't packed). Surrounding the property there's tons of dining options, coffee spots,, shopping, entertainment, and most importantly ICE CREAM... all within easy walking distance. Fenwick Island, in itself, is LOADED with stuff to do (putt-putt golf, water park, bowling, go-karts) and it's a short drive to the hustle and bustle of Ocean City if you desire a more fast-paced adventure and night life. All-in-all, this rental is a "FENtastic" rental property with a responsive and considerate host. We will definitely be coming back next year!

Great overall!

Don was incredibly responsive anytime we had a question about the property. Great location; close to everything (food, mini golf, ice cream, shops, etc). The house was very clean and offered plenty of amenities.

Home was as described and enjoyed by our family including grandchildren.

The house is on the ocean block and the walk to the beach is very short. The third floor is the main floor and contains the kitchen, dining, and family rooms, as well as an outside deck and a convenient restroom. The second and fourth floors contain the bedrooms and multiple full bathrooms. The layout worked extremely well for our family and all three of our daughters agreed with my wife that it was a wonderful house.

Dream home

Absolutely beautiful! This beach house has everything you ever dreamed of for a vacation. The elevator was a tremendous help unloading luggage and food! The four bedrooms are very spacious and decorated gorgeous! The house is immaculate! It was great having a grill too. The kitchen is equipped with everything. It is in a perfect location with lots of entertainment! It was great working with Don! We can't wait to return!!!

Awesome new beach place!

Very nicely decorated, spacious beach house! We absolutely loved it. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms in every bedroom. Large kitchen that is open to dining area and living room. Love the runners on the stairs!! The elevator is a nice bonus, too. We will definitely rent this place out next year and for years to come!

Awesome place! Beautifully decorated new beach house...will never stay anywhere else! Close to beach! Great restaurants within walking distance along with fun familyy activities such putt putt golf! Amazing home with an amazing location!

My girls and I vacationed here over spring break. We were in walking distance of many restaurants, activities, shopping..you name it! The home was lovely! Every room had a special touch and we were very happy to just hang at the house as well! The kitchen was fully stocked allowing for us to have meals at home. We had about a 1-2 minute walk to the beach! This is truly a home away from home!

Why they chose this property

What makes this house so special is that you can literally drive to the grocery upon your arrival and never have to get in your car again all week. Walk to get coffee and donuts in the morning then to the beach, to lunch, to dinner, to mini-golf, the list goes on and on. We want your vacation to be as relaxing we we would.....that's why we have top of the line mattresses and all the comforts of home.
Bike rental next door.....4 beach chairs included so you don't have to pack them.

What makes this property unique

Ease the pain in your legs and back upon arrival and departure by using our elevator to help lug those heavy suitcases to each bedroom;
Each bedroom has it's own bath so privacy for each couple or family.
Relax on the balcony with an afternoon cocktail.
