Miraserra Villa w/ spacious garden, 5min from Sesimbra/beach, Lisbon 35km

House with 4 rooms and 1 bathroom in the upper floor and 2 rooms and 1 bathroom in the ground floor. Big and cozy living room with balcony and garden outside (w/barbecue). The house is located in a calm and quiet place but still near from all services (even by foot) and main road.

The house is ideal for 2-4 families or a group of friends, where you can find a peaceful and spacious place, cozy and with many commodities. The house is located in a street with almost no movement (just the cars of the neighbors), giving you privacy and a quiet garden to relax with your family/friends.
You can walk from the house to the supermarket, caffe, restaurant, pharmacy, bank, bus stop, etc., many facilities around.
The rooms are divided by 3 doubles and 3 twins, one of the doubles has a not too large bed, more recommended for 1 person. If necessary it is possible to add 1/2 extra bed to the rooms, making a total of 14 people maximum in the house (in this case, contact me before making the reservation).
The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary utensils, including appliances as follows: 2 fridges, stove/oven, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, mixer, blender, others.
There is garden furnitures including: barbecue, tables and chairs, games, etc.

The guests will have full access to the house, unless the garage and one room used for storage. When the house is booked for less than 8 persons, 2 rooms will be locked, if the booking is made for 8-9 persons, one of the rooms will be locked.

Forbidden to smoke inside the house, being possible to do it on the balcony or in the garden.
Dogs are allowed, being the guests responsible for any damage or extra cleaning needed. There is an extra fee (for the full stay) of 35€ per dog.
Please be environmental friendly by not making excessive use of electricity, water and gas.
We ask our guests to leave the house as they found it at check-in. The furniture, kitchen utensils and dishware should be in the same places. Excessive dirtiness and/or disorganization may be subject to an extra fee.
The guests are responsible off any damage or missing items during their stay.
