Beach is wide with walk over access. New kitchen and baths, open floorplan with beach decor, fully furnished with all conveniences of home. Kitchen with extra large capacity refrigerator, separate beverage cooler holds 200 cans or wine also. Granite and new cabinets make it a pleasure to enjoy with open bar with chairs. Fifty inch flat screen TV in living area and 6 other TVs in bedrooms...Smart TVs for use of your streaming services. Great location at a super price!!

Under the house parking with at least 8 parking spaces, outdoor enclosed shower with hot and cold water, gas grill, picnic table. Two central heat and air conditioners on maintenance plan for faster service if needed, exterminator on regular basis, washer and dryer, microwave, dishwasher, large and small coffee pots, extra amounts of dishes, cookware, and WIFI service.
