Sterling Breeze is the most unique condo complex in Panama City Beach, with it’s quaint feel and convenient location. The top floor setting offers breathtaking views of the beach and ocean. You will also appreciate the lagoon, city, and bay views as you enter from the front walkway. The colorful condo is bright from outside sunlight, and features tile throughout. The master bedroom has a private bathroom, the 2nd bathroom is next to the bunk room. The well equipped kitchen has a breakfast bar, and allows the chef to take in the outside view from a command position while cooking or entertaining. The balcony has a dining table and chairs, overlooks the pool deck and beach – and has a grill! If you have a larger group coming, check out our adjacent unit 2306 (VRBO #840058).

This condo has all the amenities of home, including WiFi internet, 2 LED TV’s with cable, washer & dryer, well equipped kitchen, and dimmable lights for comfortable ambiance. It is located only a half mile from the new and expansive Pier Park shopping center. This area offers the finest shopping, dining, and entertainment experiences in Panama City Beach, and more shops are on the way. It is only minutes from the new airport, and shuttle service is available. Trolley service is also available along the beach. For days when you are too tired to dine inside or go out to a restaurant, there are several carryout options within a couple blocks. There is also a snack bar and wine bar on the pool deck. The unique curved shape of the south facing rear of the building enhances the comfort of the pool deck during the winter months.

We are pleased to invite you to experience one of the nicest condos in the area. Enjoy long walks or jogs on the powdery white beach sand, or exercise in the fitness center while looking at the ocean and watching for dolphins. Swim in the infinity pool, or relax in the Jacuzzi. Read a book or watch the waves. Take a nap on the beach or go deep sea fishing. The options are many - and the opportunities are endless.

The view from the room is magnificent especially early in the morning and late in the evening. The beach and the water are great to take walk on or in even though the water was a little cold while we were there. Lots of stuff to do in the area, lots of great food especially Capt. Anderson’s and the fishing was great with B & B Charters!!

Great love and place

The location is on the end of Panama strip and very close to Pier Park. The views from the condo are spectacular with seeing dolphins and rays swimming. The condo has all the extra touches and Mike is very easy to access if you need help.

I grew up in the Midwest and have been vacationing in Panama City Beach for 25 years. My wife is from Quebec, and she too enjoys the natural beauty of the area. Each time we visit we truly relax and reconnect. Watching dolphins, stingrays, fish, and even a manatee from our balcony is always exciting! We both love this area so much that we married on the beach at nearby St. Andrews Park.

This complex has a comfortable feel from the moment you enter the lobby. It has all the amenities, it is fresh and inviting, it is nearby the main attractions, and it gets better each time we visit.
