This Rose Park Neighborhood home is a delightful space to relax and enjoy your visit to Missoula! We have fully renovated our historic home with traditional appeal along with beautiful modern conveniences. Enjoy deluxe touches such as granite counters, original wood floors and in-floor radiant heat. The many bedrooms are spacious and provide special touches including a unique and delightful attic room with built in pocket beds! With the bedrooms all on different floors, our home is ideal for multiple couples or families that may be traveling together. The home is located in central Missoula, with convenient walk-able or short drive access to local attractions, restaurants, coffee shops, stores, ice cream, parks etc.

We are long time residents of Missoula, having grown up here. We are proud to be Missoulians and happy our children get to grow up here as well! It is a beautiful place that balances abundant outdoor activities with many cultural offerings.

This home is located in central Missoula's Rose Park Neighborhood and provides easy access to neighborhood cafes, shops, and delis. It is located in a cute and safe neighborhood. It is near downtown and the UM. The house itself is adorable and is a lot of fun for families. It comfortably accommodates small or large families, with separate living spaces and unique bedrooms.
What makes this property unique
The house is older yet completely updated, and comes with beautiful and comfortable features such as in-floor radiant heat, a gas fireplace, granite countertops, original wood floors, and super fun pocket beds (twin size) in the attic.
