Extremely Disappointing Stay

After coming over from Rome, we had a four day stay in Naples and it was horrific. To start the property manager arranged for someone to open the apartment and meet us with the keys but that person never showed up. If I did not have the sense to go up the stairs and knock on the door of the apartment to find the cleaning person there, we’d still be sitting in the lobby. The response from the property owner, Roberta, was “sorry, sometimes things get mixed up.” Huh? This was a big problem when I was communicating with her through Vrbo only and had no phone plan and needed internet to reach her. As for the apartment itself? The location was central to most of where we ended up going, but I had to figure that on my own because, unlike my Rome owner, no one was there to tell us where the hell we were in Naples. The area itself is quite poor and Naples in general is a garbage dump. Very dirty. The apartment was big enough but extremely run down with warped floors and mold in both showers and a broken knob on one of the shower doors. Very disappointed in the owner and Vrbo here. They need to better vet their landlords. Do not stay at this location.

Abbiamo soggiornato dal 21 al 25 aprile con la mia famiglia, posizione ottima dell'appartamento vicino a Piazza della Carità dietro via Toledo, c 'era veramente tutto vicinissimo. Disponibilissimi sia per check in tardivo, dopo aver fatto i ns giri, sia per lasciare le valigie. Roberta sempre disponibile per consigli . Appartamento pulito, letti molto confortevoli, molto apprezzato aver trovato varie cose per la prima colazione già in appartamento a ns disposizione, grazie! sicuramente consigliato

Tolle Wohnung im Herzen der Stadt

Wir waren im August 2022 für 5 Nächte hier. Die Wohnung ist wirklich toll und trotz der super Lage mitten in der Altstadt nachts angenehm ruhig! Es war alles sehr sauber, super waren die zwei kleinen Badezimmer. Die Nahverkehrshaltestellen (U-Bahn, Bus und Standseilbahnen) sind auf kurzem Weg zu erreichen. Zwei Punkte sollte man allerdings wissen, es gibt keinerlei Parkmöglichkeit bei der Wohnung und der Aufzug ist nur über eine kleine Treppe zu erreichen und daher für NICHT barrierefrei! Das war für uns jedoch nicht relevant. Eine Parkmöglichkeit für 30,- €/Tag (!) haben wir in ca. 5 min. Fußwegentfernung gefunden .

Très bien placé et agencé mais...

Le logement est très sombre. La propreté est insuffisante (vaisselle sale, cheveux sous les draps...). Contrairement à l'annonce il n'y a pas de balcon. Pas de lumière de le couloir, lumière clignotante ds une Salle de bain et pas de pommeau de douche ds une des salles de bain

Soddisfatti della accoglienza della squadra di Simpaticissime Donne ,che ci hanno dato la massima disponibilità alle nostre richieste, l'appartamento rifinito e comodo anche se 6 persone,la posizione buona sia per i mezzi sia per le passeggiate nei vicini Quartieri sto rici e per le magiche delizie della pasticceria Pipetta i sui Fiocchi di Neve.

Great base for exploring Naples

The apartment is very comfortable and has everything that you need. It is just around the corner from the lively Pignasecca food market, and there are many restaurants and cafés in the immediate area.

Confortevole pulita e accessoriata

Questo delizioso appartamento nel cuore della Napoli autentica è stato un caldo nido che ci ha accolti e ci ha fatto sentire come a casa,dotato VERAMENTE di ogni cosa possibile e immaginabile ,dalla cucina acccessoriata e fornita di generi di prima necessità e non solo ,agli armadi capienti ,alle tv in ogni stanza ,alle belle tele briose che colorano gli ambienti... insomma abbiamo adorato letteralmente questa casa e nondimeno la proprietaria che è stata di una disponibilità incredibile,non vediamo l’ora di tornare!
