Gite with swimming pool

The Gîte in Loustalou is located in the countryside in a renovated stone barn.
The place is very quiet. There are 3 buildings on the property including two owners' houses and the barn (gîte) in a beautiful green and shady courtyard.

The gite is for 6 people. On the ground floor: large living room with fireplace and TV / video / dvd, dining room, fully equipped kitchen (fridge-freezer, dishwasher, cooker with oven, microwave, electric kettle, coffee maker Electric, toaster). WC and washing machine (in adjoining room). Behind the barn there is a large private terrace (8m x 4m) half covered, with barbecue. The terrace overlooks a large meadow, then the forest. Paths through the forest lead to the communal roads and GR.
Upstairs: a very large bedroom (a little mezzanine because it is partly open to the dining room, but with a very high ceiling) with large double bed (width 1. 60m) and en-suite shower room . At another level (3 steps): two further bedrooms: one with two single beds and the other with a double bed (width 1. 40m) with its en-suite shower room and adjacent to the two bedrooms Has a bathroom-WC.
In addition to the swimming pool with telescopic shelter, a ping-pong table, a small fitness room and bicycles (adult and child sizes) are at the disposal of the tenants
Internet is limited because of the 3G but works very well.
The owners sometimes use the pool but usually when the tenants do not use it themselves !.
