Lovely property very close to the centre of Padstow, within easy reach of everything Padstow has to offer. Property was very comfortable with a light and airy bedroom with lots of space and a nice big comfortable bed, pretty much guaranteeing a good nights sleep. It has a well equipped kitchen-diner with space for 4 at the table. a balcony door opens on to a nice outdoor area for when it's nice and warm and you can sit outside and relax.The front of the property is close to road but it's a very quiet road with little traffic. Wifi and a smart TV give you the comforts of home and overall a great place to stay, close to the town.

Great location right near old town Padstow. Apartment was very clean although washing machine broke which could happen anyway.Pre check in comms were a bit loose. Parking arrangements could have been made clearer upfront without asking as you need to park away from apartment and drop off on a narrow one way street. Overall however would recommend

Amazing location - Immaculate Apartment

Just had a short break in Dukes Cabin in Padstow. The apartment was beautifully presented, well equipped and had everything I needed. Will most definitely be booking again.

The apartment is lovely, as long as there is nobody else staying in the house.

Such a shame. There is so much going for this place. The property has been refurbished to a high standard and is very tasteful, the location is perfect and the communication from the owner was spot on. However we soon realised there is a big issue with noise coming from the apartments above and below you but especially from above. Having read previous reviews before booking I thought, "it can't be that bad" and went ahead regardless. Sadly it was. The wooden flooring magnifies all sounds created from walking around. We could clearly hear their conversations. Our sleep was disturbed as a consequence on the Friday night when they came back later than us. It just made us very conscious that we were not having the same impact on those below us. Had we not purchased some ear plugs from Boots I think, like some others have done, we would have been heading home early. So sadly, for as long as this issue remains, I could not recommend it and I would not book again. As I said at the beginning, this is such a shame given how lovely the property is and the high standard of service delivered by the owner, Paula.

Duke House has completed its Soundproofing and acoustic refurbishment. Ensuring our guests have a peaceful and quiet stay with us and leave feeling, rested, relaxed and inspired.
