Beautiful ground floor apartment with sun terrace, garden and Hot Tub

The Property is within walking distance of the shops in Rock and just a few minutes by car from the glorious beaches of Polzeath and Daymer Bay. There is a double bed in one bedroom and a single and bunk beds in the second with televisions in both rooms. The garden and sun terrace look out onto open countryside and there is a Hot Tub where you can relax and enjoy the surroundings.. There is a large kitchen and sitting room with comfortable sofas, television and WiFi. The large porch area is ideal to dry wet suits etc. or to keep your dog in. The garden is enclosed and safe for pets.

Great location, very spacious accommodation. Lovely pub across the way called Pityme Inn. Nice brewery in walking distance too. Overall a very pleasant stay. Would recommend.

Lovely place , great location , hot tub was lovely and beds very comfortable. We eat at the mariners, Bluntrock brewery tap room and Pityme in. Would recommend all. Hugh was great as a host, instructions for check in were very clear.

The apartment was clean and airy, the kitchen had everything in we needed it was lovely coming back to the apartment and relaxing in the afternoon, we were there whe the rest of England was baking but the coast we went to was just right.

Wonderful property in a superb location with the local bakery a lovely treat. We also used the local pizza takeaway which was great. The house has everything you could want and the hot tub was a real highlight. The beds were lovely and comfortable. The only slight downside was not having enough toilet rolls provided and the awkward location of the key safe box behind a bush. Other than that we loved our stay in Rock

The property was like a tardis - it was tucked away in the corner and looked tiny from the outside but it was very spacious and light once inside. Lots of amenities and very dog friendly with a fully enclosed back garden. Comfortable beds. Very quiet, peaceful location and we didn’t hear the neighbours at all. The hot tub was a wonderful way to end each day after a day out exploring. (Remember to empty the filter though as leaves fall in every time you open the lid). Totally recommend a day or 2 out starting at Daymer beach and walking to Rock from there and getting the boat across to Padstow. Wonderful :)

For me, the hot tub was the selling point, making the property stand out from its contenders. I wasn't disappointed. The garden is private, there were no noisy neighbours, the accommodation was spacious. The kitchen equipment more than adequate to enable me to make meals.There are good public footpaths that you can pick up from near the accommodation. I was able to walk to Lundy Bay & St Enodoc's church from the house.

We had a great week here, great location for exploring Rock, local beaches Daymer and Polzeath and only 30 mins from 7 bays beaches. House was well equipped and we absolutely loved being able to start each day in the hot tub. Beds were comfy and rooms a good size. Would recommend staying here.

Lovely area. Close to many places in cornwall. Lots of cobwebs everywhere in the apartment. The apartment was lovely and big. We would stay here again.
