LOVELY LOFT is ideal for those who want a pied-a-land in town, a comfortable alcove for a couple or family with children, perfect for those who study or work, in a strategic position to visit the historic center of Palermo on foot and appreciate with "Comfortable" times include churches, historic buildings, theaters, markets and at the same time the lively nightlife: wine bars, restaurants and trattorias that offer great local cuisine.
The loft, located on the ground floor of an early 1900s fully restored building, internally renovated in 2006 with a modern and sparkling style, colorful walls and exposed beams. It has 1 bedroom on the large mezzanine, living area with double sofa bed, kitchenette and bathroom; Is furnished and equipped with TV, fridge, microwave, heat pumps, hairdryer, iron with boiler, washing machine, wireless internet.
Well furnished and with well equipped kitchen.
The loft is fun and colorful, modern and busy (it's on two levels), functional and well organized.
The neighborhood is very festive, a little Arabic, a bit Norman, featuring beautiful noble palaces and large gardens with sea view.
