It was a great location for a great sea view. However is was a long walk to any restaurant. When someone stays for longer than four day there should be a second set of towels for showering. Also kitchen towels should be added to the apartment there where none.

Great location and sea view! Spacious for two people and smooth check in. The only problem is the shower drainage. You will shower for less than one minute and wait for over a minute for the water to drain. Otherwise, the bathroom will be flooded. We reported the problem and hope they will fix it soon.

Apartment With A View

Beautiful place with a wonderful view of the harbor and the Sicilian coast. Easy walking distance to the downtown area of Palermo. The apartment had everything we needed to make our stay a nice and comfortable one. Host was always available and very helpful.

Amazing location in the Kalsa district close to sites, scenes, nightlife, restaurants and shops. You cannot get a better view of the Mediterranean Sea, and the amenities are modern in a warehouse loft setting. E

Very clean, modern and bright apartment in old palazzo (palazzo Trinacria, look it up, interesting history). I liked the location a great deal. Amazing views of Palermo harbour, in interesting and authentic Kalsa neighborhood). Just a few minor complaints: 1. No linens were provided for sofa bed. I mentioned this on arrival but nothing was done about it (just took top sheet from bed). 2. The shower has a very slow drain which means the bathroom quickly floods. You mop it up with towels which means 3. You quickly run out of clean towels. 4. I have no problem with sorting the trash but you give us one bin. I was told to sort the trash in plastic bags which means the place looks messy. Overall, I’d stay there again. The small family restaurants just outside the front door and good, there’s a great modern grocery store “superfamilia” 5 minutes away. And don’t miss the Sunday antique market 5 minutes away. We bought clothetes, prints, old photos. I had to buy an extra suitcase for my finds.

The place was beautiful and in a great location with plenty of security and great view out the sliding doors. Nice view of the bay. Large, clean unit had a nice layout. The host was great, but when we found there were only 2 towels, a broken coffee pot and broken french press, I couldn't get a hold of anybody to help us. We had to buy our own French press to make our coffee. We tried to contact someone but, no one answered it calls, and texts. I would stay again but would look over to make sure the we're more than 2 towels and coffee makers work, which is unnecessary.

Great location along port - easy access to town, out trips....

Location itself was spot on - with our needs AND description. It is around corner from L'Ottava Nova (fabulous restaurant). AND free street parking for rental car out trips. We also were met easily and promptly...but we do need to share 1. Description indicates "construction noise diring the day" - what they don't make clear is that it is drilling to the extent of vibration into the bedroom!! If you get up early, you will have no problem, but .... 2.Greeter did not clarify that fridge had been set low as cost savings measure...food spoilage before it was clear that there was a problem! 3. Ants all through kitchen from moment of arrival.... 4. Difficult to keep things clean as only hand washing soap and one sponge and one handiwipe - so 3 became an increasing issue. Overall it worked, but wanted folks to learn from us!
