Spectacular holiday home near Playa d'Aro
Fantastic house with modern design and decoration. Located in a quiet urbanization, Dalila is perfect to relax and enjoy the intimacy of its beautiful garden and pool area, surrounded by nature and vegetation. Children will have fun in the fantastic playground area. Located on a plot of 700 m2, this spacious house of 300 m2 is distributed on two levels.
The house is accessed through the main level where we find the living room and dining room, fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms with double bed, one of them en suite with bathroom with bathtub and shower, one bedroom with two beds and a bathroom with shower.
On the lower level there is a living room, a bedroom with double bed and a toilet.
The house has a private garage for the car.

The Costa Brava is one of the most beautiful coastal areas of our country, a small paradise that has it all: dreamlike landscapes, incredible beaches and coves, beautiful villages, medieval monuments and castles, a varied and rich gastronomy, lively festivals, historical culture, lots of traditions and much more!
Playa de Aro, located in the heart of the Costa Brava, has become one of the most renowned tourist destinations in the Baix Empordà, with attractions for leisure and culture. Its varied commercial, leisure and restaurant offer concentrates a large number of establishments that make it one of the liveliest towns on the Costa Brava, perfect for entertaining the youngest members of the family with water parks, amusement parks, etc. Moreover, its coastline offers a wide variety of beaches and charming coves, making it a perfect natural area for water sports, hiking and mountain biking.

Superbe maison

Super séjour dans une villa magnifique, très spacieuse, idéal pour les familles avec un espace jeux pour enfants et une superbe piscine sécurisé. Situé à 2 min du centre ville en voiture la maison et est au calme sur les hauteur de Platja. Je recommande vivement.

Prachtige villa (Je zal het maar in bezit hebben)

Prachtige villa (Je zal het maar in bezit hebben). Ik was verbaasd over de afwerking op sommige plekken, zoals lelijke kitranden, vlekken in plafonds. Als het mijn villa was dan zou het balkon aan de onderkant een likje verf krijgen en de omheining zou ik met een hogedrukspuit schoonspuiten.
