On the ground floor is the open-plan kitchen, fully equipped with a fridge, freezer, oven, dishwasher, sink, stovetop, crockery, cutlery, and kitchen utensils. The kitchen overlooks the living area furnished with a sofa, wall cabinet, and fireplace. The living area is completed by a dining table with chairs and a bathroom. The villa is surrounded by a large, well-kept garden and has a spacious veranda with a table and armchairs. The villa has an outdoor utility area with a washing machine, sink, drying rack, and outdoor shower with hot water. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning. The villa can be accessed both from the residential complex's parking lot, which is exclusively for the owners and their guests, and from a private entrance with a parking space. It sleeps seven and has a minimum stay of six days. The beaches are a 4-minute walk away.
