Quirky Cottage with lovely views

This cottage is quite unusual. It is accessed through the garage, which is a bit unfortunate as it doesn’t give a good first impression. Beyond the garage the place is a comfortable well equipped interesting home. We were there in very strong winds and you wouldn’t have known it! The parking, whilst convenient takes some getting used to and we were glad we’d brought our smaller car (which we use for Cornish holidays). There is a convenient village car park not far up the hill too which we paid £10 for for the week. The Ship Inn in the village was very good, the new landlord is very friendly and making every effort to do well. We had an excellent Sunday lunch and joined in with the quiz on Wednesday evening. It would be nice to return in better weather, as it was a bit dull and damp, although we managed to sit outside one afternoon.
