This is a modern, well-furnished apartment; Equipped with parking space right in the enclosed car park, close to the sea. We also offer the use of a nearby and large park with pinewood and access to the beach.

Space
The apartment is located in the condominium called STEFANIA. It consists of a large living room-kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom with a window shower. Standalone access from the outside, placed on the second lower level, by armored door. The building that houses the accommodation is completely fenced and is facing the street with parking. The parking space is the property of the accommodation and therefore is always available. We also offer the use of a nearby (about 200 mt) and large park equipped (barbeque, oven, wood-burning ...) with pinewood and solarium raised on the beach and with direct access to the beach itself. It is within a completely enclosed complex with several accesses, called SERGIUNCA condominium. The Pineta Park has a unique position, extending over 2.500 square meters, reaching to the beach. You can stay inside the park, choosing between sun and shade, protected from the outside, overlooking the solarium (about 30sqm) raised on the beach, or going out and find you directly on the beach. However, I tell you about Fiumaretta, it's simple: Fiumaretta is a quiet country; But during your summer stays you will find its beaches full of life, it is the destination of tourists and visitors. In the winter, however, the country is sleepy and restful. A particularly popular destination in Fiumaretta is the wind surfing school, in fact Fiumaretta is in a particularly happy bay for this sport, not only in the summertime (but for this reason I go back to the school site, I think it's called Kau kau windsurf school with Fiumaretta's Rainbow Bath ... I do not practice this sport and I can not tell you anything else.) Fiumaretta is a not very big country, in short you can go both the long river and visit all the seaside resorts on the beach, are only 5 or 6. Immediately at the exit of our condo parking there is a large public car park. Less than one hundred meters from one of our accesses there is a public transport stop. As soon as you come out from one of our accesses you find the bathing establishments. On the long river, just a ten minute walk away, there is the port for the summer nautical service that transports to the "Corvo tip" beach (fifteen minute crossing to the sea), which is difficult to reach on foot (I I never got to, too tiring even when the path was kept)

How to move
If you want to get away from Fiumaretta, you can go to Sarzana, Lerici, Versilia or go to Portovenere or Cinque Terre. If you want an airport, in about half an hour you can get to Pisa and if you are looking for a city of art in less than an hour you are in Florence
