Inside:
The living room is composed of a spacious living room of 55 mÂČ with a large sofa seating 7, a flat screen TV 50 '' cablĂ© on fifty of international chains and a dining room-American kitchen that can accommodate 6 guests. It is fully equipped with kitchen utensils, oven and fridge / freezer.
The three spacious and comfortable bedrooms each have their own private bathroom and a King Size bed (180x210); Their large windows overlook the large terrace and allow you to make the most of the view of the pool and the garden. The master bedroom has a TV and a safe.
All rooms can enjoy an ideal temperature thanks to fans and air conditioning.

Outside:
You will also benefit from a very large covered terrace on 30 mÂČ with fan for your dinners and barbecues as well as a vast sun-deck (terrace solarium).
The pool (4mx8m) nicely decorated with 2 fountains offers at night one of the most beautiful views outdoors. In shallow water, it allows you to refresh yourself in complete safety. It is sheltered from all indiscreet eyes, with easy access (wide steps), it constitutes a true haven of peace.
Nearby you will find a shower and toilet and a laundry room (washing machine) accessible from the terrace.
A covered indoor car park offers space for 2 cars.

The villa is very well located in a quiet residential area close to the countryside and yet a few hundred meters from everything you will need for a good holiday .. banks, supermarket, pharmacies, grocery 24/24, markets Locals, taxis, tuktuk, rent of motorcycles and / or cars ...
You will be able to have delivered to eat in the villa by simple telephone call in a neighboring restaurant: Thai kitchen and kitchen of the world.
The steward attached to the villa lives nearby, he will advise you for your outings, site visits, sea trips, big game fishing; It will be available 24/24, 7/7 on simple call, whether for information or for any assistance during or before your stay; He has lived here for more than 15 years and knows the region by heart.
During your stay the cleaning will be done regularly, the linen provided will be changed, you will have unlimited wifi and cable TV; The pool and the garden will also be maintained.
We only charge water and electricity: we will take the electricity meter on your arrival and departure, you will pay only what you have consumed.

Villa au top !

Une belle villa, conforme Ă  la description, dans un quartier un peu Ă©loignĂ©, mais oĂč l’on peut apprĂ©cier le calme et profiter de la piscine, sans vis-Ă -vis IntĂ©rieurs et extĂ©rieur entretenus rĂ©guliĂšrement pendant notre sĂ©jour. Sur notre demande, le taxi nous attendait Ă  l’aĂ©roport. À l’arrivĂ©e, un accueil chaleureux de la part de Ève et la possibilitĂ© de louer un vĂ©hicule immĂ©diatement ( absolument nĂ©cessaire pour se dĂ©placer. ) Bonnes infos sur les sites Ă  visiter et organisations d’excursions possibles. Merci Ă  Jean-Michel et Ă  Pierre, le propriĂ©taire, pour leur disponibilitĂ© et pour toutes les rĂ©ponses Ă  nos questions avant notre arrivĂ©e. Enfin, un grand merci Ă  Ève, vĂ©ritable rayon de soleil au pays du sourire ! Une gentillesse et une disponibilitĂ© sans faille. Ce fut un rĂ©el plaisir de la rencontrer, et d’écouter ses conseils. Belle maison

La maison est belle, bien agencĂ©, correspond aux photos, piscine super agrĂ©able et chaude, mais un manque au niveau de l'Ă©quipement de cuisine. (Pas de lave vaisselle sur place, pourtant prĂ©vu au dĂ©part, une poĂȘle et une seule casserole pour 7 personnes, un four qui fait plutĂŽt micro onde que four. Autant dire que c'est presque impossible de se faire Ă  manger). 3 chambres et 3 salle de bain, mais au final pas d'eau chaude dans la derniĂšre chambre et pas non plus Ă  la cuisine. Nous remercions Eve et Jean michel pour leurs aide et leurs reservations Ă  notre place, ainsi que leurs conseils, mĂȘme si des fois difficile Ă  appliquer sans un bon anglais ou du thail. Il faut savoir que la maison est Ă©loignĂ©e et qu'il faut prendre un taxi Ă  chaque dĂ©placement Ă  moins de pouvoir louer un vĂ©hicule (assez difficile vu la conduite sur place). Sinon destination Ă  faire au moins une fois dans sa vie, car magnifique et les gens sont super gentils.

This place is very remote, you need your own transportation and a good GPS to find it. The description of the place states it is close to shops, banks & restaurants, this is not the case. The Villa itself was nice, the beds are extremely hard & very uncomfortable & almost unsleepable, cheap uncomfortable pillows too.

Villa Ă  la hauteur des photos : piĂšces et chambres soignĂ©es et spĂ©cieuses. Nous avons apprĂ©ciĂ© au quotidien la piscine et la terrasse couverte agrĂ©mentĂ©e de son ventilateur. Quartier clame et bien situĂ©. De plus l'accueil par Eve et Jean-Michel nous a fort plu; ils possĂšdent une mine d'informations pour dĂ©couvrir les environs de mĂȘme que les bonnes adresses. Superbe séjour dans une trÚs belle villa !

Logement en tous points conformes au descriptif chambres décorées avec goût avec chacune leurs salles de bains cuisine trÚs fonctionnelle et bien équipée Piscine trÚs agréable et nettoyée 2 fois par semaine douche et toilettes extérieures bien pratiques Quelle bonne idée d'avoir installé un ventilateur sous le porche ! Localisation excellente et au calme dans un parc résidentiel de villas Nous avons apprécié de diner le soir à la villa en profitant de la livraison possible de plats sans nous déplacer ( carte des plats disponibles à la villa) Nous nous sommes uniquement déplacés avec des taxis c'était notre choix. Cependant, la prochaine fois que nous reviendrons avec plaisir dans cette villa, nous opterons pour la location de voiture. Mention trÚs bien à Jean-Michel et Eve pour leur disponibilité et amabilité

Villa trés propre , décorée avec goût ,cadre agréable, trés bien située ,dans résidence calme. L'accueil sur place par Jean-michel était irréprochable , il nous à conseillés des endroits et donné quelques conseils pratique pour que notre séjour se déroule bien . Le personnel d'entretient a été discret , tant sur le ménage que sur l'entretient de la piscine. Trés bon rapport qualité/prix , je recommande !!!!

une villa tout confort ! rien ne manque pour passer un splendide séjour en toute sérénité

Ces 2 sĂ©jours consĂ©cutifs m’ont fait apprĂ©cier tout le charme, la quiĂ©tude et les commoditĂ©s et de cette villa. L’accueil chaleureux dĂšs l’arrivĂ©e Ă  l’aĂ©roport apaise toutes les apprĂ©hensions que n’importe quel voyageur pourrait avoir en mettant le pied sur un sol inconnu. Cette villa a une situation idĂ©ale pour toutes les activitĂ©s que l’on a envie de faire : la magnifique plage et les sports liĂ©s Ă  la mer, le shopping et les dĂ©licieux restaurants, les excursions Ă  la dĂ©couverte de sites inoubliables Et puis quel plaisir de se rĂ©veiller le matin avec cette vue sur la piscine qui t’invite Ă  un premier bain matinal, et au retour d’une journĂ©e bien remplie, faire un autre plongeon rafraichissant et se dĂ©tendre dans le jardin un verre d’apĂ©ritif Ă  la main
