A comfortable apartment in a very nice site

The apartment was simply furnished but was comfortable and had everything we needed. The washing machine was in the 2nd bedroom and had a drains type smell which wasn’t ideal. Other that the location of the washing machine everything was fine. The site is very good with good security, car parking, pools and a nice bar area which serves good food. There isn’t much in the local area and a car is recommended unless you plan to stay on the site for your stay.

Nice apartment in good complex

The complex was nice but the apartment could have been a little cleaner when we arrived. All kitchen utensils such as glasses and plates were dusty so we needed to clean everything before we started to use it but the good part is that we had everything we needed. The internet worked only the 2 first days after that we had no internet during the whole stay but the owner took care of it with a compensation and that was appreciated. We were a company of 5 people but i would recommend this apartment for maximum 4 people.

We were really disappointed with this apartment, particularly as it was booked for a family stay over Christmas and New Year.Sadly, the property did not reflect the advert or photographs. It was much smaller than expected and very difficult to live in as a family of four. There was virtually no storage space, the apartment felt worn and tatty, and many items were chipped, marked, or broken. We even found boxes stored under the bed containing other people’s clothes, which was upsetting and made us feel uncomfortable.The layout was impractical, with bedroom doors that could not open fully, internal doors cut away at the bottom, shutters that would not close properly, and a general feeling that the apartment had not been properly prepared for guests. There was also no spare bedding available. The balcony is cluttered and the smell of weed from neighbours was so stong we had to go inside and close the doors.We raised our concerns politely during the stay, but unfortunately the issues were not resolved. In the end, we were forced to find alternative accommodation and ultimately leave early, which was not how we had hoped to spend our Christmas holiday. We stayed 1 night of 14!This was a very upsetting experience, and we would not recommend the apartment for families. The advert is very misleading and so are the reviews and should be ignored. The apartment is very rundown, the complex is ok at best. Location is not suitable either as there is nothing around.

Bonjour Madame, Nous sommes désolés que cela ne rencontrait pas vos attentes. Nous sommes très étonnés de vos commentaires car en 8 ans nous n avons jamais eu de remarques négatives. Au contraire, beaucoup de voyageur reviennent les années suivantes dans notre logement. Au vue du splendide complexe, du parking gratuit à 3m en face de l' appartement et du logement où la salle de bain à été refaite à neuf, une partie des peintures en novembre 2025 et le volet neuf ( changé en novembre 2025 également), les vacanciers sont d habitude contents. Bref, l appartement est rafraîchi au fur et à mesure des besoins ce qui nous semble normal. Je sais que vous auriez aimé un sapin de Noël mais comme je vous l ai spécifié, nous ne proposons pas ce genre de service. Ce qui ne correspond pas aux photos, c'est la couleur verte sur les murs et non plus rouge car justement le séjour à été repeint ( rafraîchi)en novembre 2025, juste avant votre arrivée.Aussi, pour y séjourner chaque année en novembre, je trouve que l'appartement est idéal pour 4 personnes. Maintenant, je respecte votre vision des choses et encore une fois, je tiens à vous dire que nous sommes navrés. Bien à vous, Mme Nicolas

Ottima disponibilità del gestore, ottima pulizia, il complesso residenziale è bellissimo, comodo e perfetto nella posizione. Purtroppo l’appartamento necessita di una ristrutturazione. Infatti presenta molti danneggiamenti non visibili dalle foto. Muri e soffitti molto, molto rovinati dalle infrazioni di acqua. Porte con pezzi mancanti. Armadi troppo pieni di cose del proprietario. Nel complesso, va detto, che vi è un corretto rapporto qualità prezzo.

Sehr schöner Urlaub

Die Kommunikation und die Begrüßung waren sehr gut. Der beheizte Pool war wirklich sehr warm. Tolle Poolbar mit leckerem Essen. Sehr ruhige Anlage, keine Partys oder laute Musik. Nette Mitbewohner. Ein paar Reparaturen hier und da jedoch nötig.

Wohnung mit Potenzial nach oben

Wohnung war zweckentsprechend eingerichtet. Großer Vorteil: neues Badezimmer, gute Handtücher, sonnige Terrasse Nachteile: Wände vorallem im Schlafzimmer gehören neu verspachtelt, gestrichen, Sauberkeit bzgl Staub hat Luft nach oben, Küche veraltet. Dass, das zweite Schlafzimmer kein Fenster hat war mir bekannt, jedoch wusste ich nicht dass dort auch die Waschmaschine und Wasseboiler steht, was den Raum doch ziemlich einschränkt. Kontakt zu Vermieter war freundlich, ich schreibe auch ungern eine schlechtere Bewertung, aber durch die vorangegangenen Bewertungen hatte ich eine bessere Wohnung erwartet.

Appartement très confortable à Costa Adeje

Appartement très confortable dans un complexe touristique très qualitatif de Playa Paraiso, juste à côté de Costa Adeje. Très bonne communication avec la propriétaire et son contact sur place. Tout cela nous a permis de passer d'excellentes vacances !

Tolles Apartment in schöner Anlage

Gemütliche, sehr gut ausgestattete Unterkunft. Alles da, was man für die Versorgung braucht. Handtücher reichlich und von guter Qualität. Alles sauber. Übergabe hat perfekt geklappt. Poolanlage hat uns auch gut gefallen. 100 % Weiterempfehlung. Kommen bestimmt nochmal wieder

Noël au soleil

appartement fonctionnel, de surface correcte, cuisine équipée avec belle et grande terrasse petite vue mer surtout l'ensemble du complexe a une architecture humaine, originale. Accès piscine peu pratique, avec clé mais les nombreux bassins sont superbes. certes le plus bas est très froid. Transat réservés (interdits) dès 9h du mat, faut se battre. Appartement au dessus un peu bruyant et on entend un peu les voitures de la résidence passer devant la fenêtre de la chambre, surtout quand elles vont vites ; les gardiens présents à toute heure devraient veiller à cela

Wir waren das erste mal auf Teneriffa und sind begeistert. Die Wohnung bietet alles was man braucht - vor allem aber die große Terrasse hat zu langen Abend draußen eingeladen.

Le logement était très bien. Il y a plusieurs logements gérés gérés via un gardien + portail. La piscine est très chouette. Le logement est parfait ( 2 chambres + 1 canapé lit dans la pièce de vie + une belle terrasse).

Résidence dépaysante et super complexe piscines

Appartement propre, fonctionnel et calme dans une résidence au style grec. Tout y est, l'appartement est bien équipé. La 2eme chambre est destinée à des enfants car petite pour des adultes. Le complexe de piscines est super pour farniente et rafraîchissement. Il manque à la limite un toboggan ou autre pour que les enfants jouent. Je recommande le chalet ++ pour une pause repas

Die Anlage und ist sehr schön

Die Anlage mit dem Pool ist ok. Die Wohnung war sehr gut. Allerdings ist das Zweite Schlafzimmer sehr klein und es fehlt an Kleiderschränken. Abends hört leider laut Stark das Abendprogramm der Hotels, was das Genießen des Balkons beeinträchtigt

Assumed the property was in Adeje costa where we would have preferred to stay, not Paradiso which is a a bit cut off from a lot of things , we like walking and walking was very limited, but appreciated the security of the property

Nice stay for short vacation, less for a longer stay

The facilities (apartments, pool area, parking) are great. The kitchen is well equiped and the flat had an excellent terrace. However, for a longer stay, say longer than 10 days, it is not an ideal place due to poor instructions of apartment functionalities, bad vacuum cleaner and placement of washing machine which also had a strong smell of mold. Additionally, the pool was only heated during high season (Christmas and New Year).
