Located in the Blazing Saddles' Complex, this top-level expansive studio has everything you'll need including a 2-minute walk to Main Street, an 8-minute walk to the Snowflake Lift, and free shuttle access to all 5 peaks. In Winter, make your final run down 4 O'Clock Run to ski back downtown to the condo. In Summer, open the windows to the Blue Rivers' gushing sounds. This close-to-it-all hideaway is the perfect retreat after a day on the slopes or summertime adventuring.
**DISCLAIMER: The unit is located on the third floor, and there is not an elevator. Be prepared to climb a few stairs!

Located behind the building, adjacent to the Blue River, you'll find the parking lot of the Blazing Saddles' apartment complex. There's 1 space for your vehicle to park on-site with the provided parking pass.
---3rd Floor - Main Level Contains---
FOYER HALL ENTRYWAY / BATHROOM
Walk up the stairs to the 3rd floor of the building above the Asobi hibachi restaurant and Summit Wine & Liquor store. When entering the studio from the hallway, you'll first walk into a hall entryway efficiently designed to fit the essentials. Look to your immediate left and right and you'll find a small bench to take off gear, along with a small wardrobe for coats and shoes. You'll find a large up to the right for more storage, and to the left a full bathroom with bath tub / shower combination.
KITCHEN
Make your way along the hallway and you'll walk into the kitchen area. Smartly separated from the bedroom space with an L-shaped pine wall partition, whip up whatever you need in the large sink, oven microwave, cooking basics, coffee maker, and more. With a quaint bar efficiently seating 4, enjoy a cozy breakfast before heading up the mountain.
LIVING ROOM / BEDROOM
Look across toward the East-facing window overlooking the Blue River. The space opens up into a cozy living area. On the left wall you'll find a comfy couch and chair with a flat screen television mounted in the corner. To the right, tucked into the L-Shape partition is a queen-size bed with matching sconces.
You'll check yourself in with an access code, which is provided automatically before you arrive. We provide enough supplies for a typical weekend stay. This includes paper towels, salt/pepper, dish soap and a new sponge, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent for a few loads, hotel-style bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and soap, plus extra rolls of toilet paper per bathroom. We also provide fresh pressed linens, including all bed sheets and towels.
The Breckenridge Recreation Center offers day passes for their amenities including indoor and outdoor hot tubs, exercise facilities, indoor pool with slide, sauna, rock climbing wall, running track, basketball/ racquetball/tennis courts, fitness/yoga classes, locker rooms, etc. More info is available on their website, and they're on the free shuttle route.
