3br 2ba centrally located on the island. Family-owned for over 35 years!

Come and make your vacation memories in our beautiful 3br 2ba, first floor unit where our family has been making memories for almost 40 years over multiple generations! Large kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Hardwood floors. Living and dining rooms create a nice, open space. Master suite contains a king bed and a master bath. Additional bedrooms each contain a queen bed. Central A/C. Large windows in front of property make the living and dining areas very bright during the day, if desired. Ceiling fans in every room. Washer/dryer in unit. Off street parking. Outside shower (shared with the 2nd floor unit). Exterior storage unit. Most of our rentals are private and long term, and we often have repeat renters season over season. It's rare that we make single weeks available for rent, so jump on this unique opportunity!

Girls Trip

Very attractive and comfortable property that was exactly as advertised. Fully stocked kitchen. The ladies in my family enjoyed the location and proximity to the beach and boardwalk. Off street parking was helpful in that we never had to search for parking. Owner was available during checking in & out. Would definitely book again.

A very nice property for the money, and property accurately represented in listing

Very good things: proximity to beach, outside storage closet (and also we could use chairs, sand toys, etc), 2 alley parking spots, kitchen, main living areas clean and bright, many hangers... Not so good: Cabinets and bureaus very musty smelling, second bath off of master dark and mildewy, washer and dryer tiny, and the very small dryer took forever to dry, even with a tiny load. Note: no beach tags included, but that is just an FYI

Clean and Well Stocked House

I have stayed in a few beach houses over the years, and this was the cleanest house I've ever stepped foot in. The kitchen is beautiful and very well stocked with extras. My family especially loved the beach "supplies" in stored in the back. Great location, walking distance to the beach, even for little ones, but away from the bustle if you prefer your evenings to be quiet.

Perfect, Simple, with Everything You Need!

This home is brightly colored beach home with loads of light when the white plantation shutters are open. The home is clean, new, maintenance free and it is stocked with kitchen essentials for cooking in. The home is a few very short blocks to the beach - my 84 year old father walked with us every day. The beach is wonderful as well - not a long walk to the water and the sand is not that fluffy so it is easy to walk over. There is a gradual drop into the ocean, nothing severe. The home is equipped with an outdoor shower and an outdoor storage facility containing boogie boards, beach chairs, kids toys. There is an old fashioned luncheonette next door and the town is a wonderful throwback to the 1960's era - I saw lots of happy children, bikes with no locks on bikes, no loud music, lots of nice, smiling people. This town is Nothing like Seaside Heights and I mean that in the BEST way! We were about 20 mins from AC and a half hour from Cape May - a perfect location! The owner was very communicative when we had questions - an overall 10!
