Ideal for those who want privacy and quiet.
They have access to 2 bathrooms, kitchen with appliances, fully furnished and equipped, living and dining room, barbecue, 2 car garage, internet and cable TV channels. Situated near the metro (about 3 minutes walk) and other services.
The house is close to the Villazur Restaurant (Great restaurant with delicious traditional Portuguese food).
The beach is a 10-minute walk away and Vila do conde town is right next door.
Near the following places: Azurara Adventure Park (site with several interesting activities such as Tree climbing and Slide); Playhouse (ideal place to let children with various activities); Vila do Conde Porto Fashion Outlet (Shopping); Azurara Surf School (ideal for those who want to learn or practice surfing); among others.
