A true home like experience in a quiet community 20 minutes from Disney attractions.

With over 2300 square feet of living area this five bedrooms with two king and one queen master bedrooms and four bathrooms is fully furnished and equipped to meet the needs of couples, families and groups.

Our all-inclusive rate includes Free Pool and Spa heating, WIFI, Streaming services such as Disney+, Netflix, ESPN.

We continue to make changes to improve our guest experience. A Granite Kitchen counter and a new sink and faucet were added. We also purchase a new propane grill which can be made available at a minimum charge. Just replaced an outdoor rug in the lanai. The pool deck has been repainted.

As our reviews show, we re always available to respond to our guests if issues do arise, and replace items to ensure an enjoyable stay in our home.

The ground floor has a king master bedroom with ensuite washroom and walk-in closet, a second bedroom with a twin over full size bunk bed and its own bathroom, with a shower suitable for someone with mobility problems (fitted handrails and an integral seat). You will love the convenient access to the pool area from the Master bathroom via a separate door.

On the first floor there is a dining room with dining table and server that will easily seat eight, a very well-equipped kitchen area also with a counter height table and four chairs. We have added a counter height worktable with 3 stools that is equipped with USB charging and plugin outlets. Great to use as an office workspace or breakfast nook. Next to it is the living room with patio doors to the pool lanai.

The living room has a sectional sofa and armchair and its own 65" Smart TV with free Streaming Services such as Disney+, NETFLIX, and access to Web applications. There are over 250 channels available including ESPN and Fox Sports for European football. High speed wireless internet access is available for your use.

There is a selection of books and games located in here and in several rooms, suitable for all ages.

You will find cordless telephones in most of the rooms, with free North American long distance including US, Canada, Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands. Free long distance calls to Europe are also provided on request.

Upstairs there is a second king master bedroom with ensuite and walk-in closet,
a twin bedroom and another bedroom with Queen bed.

The twin and Queen bedrooms share a Jack and Jill washroom. All the bedrooms have their own LED TVs.

Outside you will find an enclosed 30 foot by 15-foot heated swimming pool with a built-in spa that is heated separately. It is surrounded by one of the more spacious pool decks in Silver Creek for play or relaxation after a day at the parks. The south-west exposure ensures that you can enjoy the afternoon sun and top up that tan on one of our four sun-loungers. Florida Glass (opaque screening) provides for extra privacy.

A well-furnished lanai provides shade and a patio table for casual dining on the beautiful Florida evenings. There is a wall mounted 55'' LED TV in the lanai, allowing our guests to watch their favorite programs and Disney+ movies while enjoying the weather outside.

A Propane Grill is available on request.

Families with young children need not worry about pool safety since there is a secure pool fence to prevent accidents.

The house has air conditioning and central heating, and all rooms have ceiling fans. Our local management firm is available to assist you with any issues that you might have.
