Spacious condo on the Channel with a HEATED community pool & Private Pier!

Channelview CV213 is a fabulous upscale condo is on the 3rd floor with elevator access! Enjoy fishing from the private pier or walk to many of the fine restaurants or bars Port Aransas has to offer. This spacious 2 bedroom 2 bath condo offers everything you will need for the perfect vacation. The unit has a king, two queens and two rollaway twins. After a long day at the beach relax in the huge community pool or sit and have a cocktail while watching the boats pass through the channel. Sorry, pets are NOT allowed. Parking for 2 with required parking permit. Boat parking available, for an additional $20 per night plus tax. Please request when booking.

- A 2-3 night minimum stay is required.
- Contracting guests must be at least 25 years old. A signed rental agreement with the host and a copy of the contracting guest's drivers license is required.
- SELF CATERING: All of our properties are self-catering. No maid or towel service is provided during your stay.
- Suggested items to bring are beach towels, extra paper goods (toilet paper, facial tissue and paper towels), extra pillows if you wish to sleep with more than one, spices/seasoning, extra trash bags, sun tan lotion/sunblock and beach gear.
- We do not accept Klarna or Affirm Payments.
-Cable and Wi-Fi service in Port Aransas can be unreliable due to the unique coastal environment in which we live. We appreciate your understanding that these services are beyond our control. No discounts or refunds will be given for service disruptions
Channelview CV213 is a premier vacation rental property provided by Port A Escapes, professionally managed to ensure that everything is expertly handled before your arrival, and includes:
- 24/7 guest support
- Professional cleaning to the highest standards
- Pre-arrival inspection performed by one of our team members
- Clean towels & linens. (all our properties are supplied with one set of sheets for all beds. Bath towels are supplied per number of people the house sleeps. We do not provide beach towels)
- A well-equipped kitchen. (dishes, silverware, pots, pans, coffee maker, microwave and large appliances). Note that food products such as spices or seasoning are not provided for safety reasons.
- These starter supplies are provided in the property as a convenience until you can go shopping: hand/bath soap, shampoo & conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, and a sponge.

Great place to stay. Loved the private, lighted, clean, concrete, fishing pier with seating and fish cleaning station…railing was high enough to feel safe that kids would not fall in. Unit was clean and modern. Covered parking. Great location…minutes from beach, great restaurants, and shops but cozy and secluded feel at the unit. Host very responsive to messages. Check in and check out a breeze.

Always a good time

Comfortable beds. You can hear someone noises from neighbors. Though the walls are solid enough thats its not disrupting to your stay.

We loved being so close to the pier and marina. We also appreciated two double beds in the second bedroom. Perfect for two grown kids. Would definitely return!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit met all our basic needs and we love this property with the pier, location and pool. However the rug under the coffee table was dirty, the unit smelled like someone had been smoking in it and there was a whole set of chipped plates. We let the mgt company know so they can address. Once these things are addressed, I would recommend.

The bracelets are to insure no outside guest are using the pool and private fishing pier. You would have to stay with guest at all times and notify onsite office of guest amount!

Good location

We enjoyed our stay here for the most part. Chose bc of the location. Could have been cleaner. Had to request a few new linens. Management was quick to respond and get those to us. The ad says the second room has queens, but they are double beds. FYI Also, the unit above us was under construction. Noise from 9-5 which didn’t bother us too much bc we were not there to be in our condo. We stayed during the week, so not sure if they are working on it during weekends also.
