Marvels Market is just steps away at the end of the street and features fresh home made donuts in the morning as well as sandwiches throughout the day. There are no fewer than four eating and drinking establishments within a quarter mile of the house. There is also a large side deck that features an outdoor shower and pet gate. There is plenty of room in the yard for outdoor grilling and dining. A crossing light at long beach boulevard leads you up to the restored white sand beaches of LBI. Beach badges are provided for your use. A block to the west is a bay beach and gazebo to enjoy the sunsets and watch the boats sail by. This home has it all for a perfect family vacation.
