Balcone Giglio is on the second floor (with elevator) and features a living room / kitchen with a wide balcony, double sofa bed and air conditioning. From the kitchen you will reach a bright double bedroom with balcony and air conditioning, and a modern styled bathroom with shower.

Apartment in very busy part of town

Very loud until early hours since it’s located on a very busy street. It is close to everything and a few blocks from beach. We were very disappointed that the apartment was not ready for us. The hot water was off so we had to wait over 40 minutes to take a shower. The stove gas was turned off as well as the router. We had to reach out to the host for this. Also the electric kettle caught fire and the host blamed us for using the gas stove to heat the water and charged us. We are an older couple and know how to use an electric kettle. For several days when using it we noticed a smell. So this was disappointing to us

It was a last minute reservation, which is why the apartment wasn't 100% ready. The guest tried to fool us asserting that the kettle caught fire. However, he threw it right away somewhere outside the house so we could not check it, but one of the burners on the stove was covered in melted plastic (no reason to put an electric kettle on top of a burner). The apartment was perfect until we charged him for the burned kettle.

Appartamento comodo e centrale, pulito e funzionale. Nei dintorni si trovano bar, negozi e quant'altro può servire. La spiaggia si raggiunge a piedi in pochi minuti, ed anche i luoghi di maggiore interesse, turistico, sono a pochi passi.
