1 C Barn is a new, custom, estate home surrounded by 15 Acres of land in picturesque Colorado. Dancing Wolf Estates is a very private location yet close to restaurants, shopping, the Air Force Academy, Colorado Springs, and 45 minutes from Denver. Short Drive to Quiet Lakes w/ Paddle Boarding & Kayaking. Pets allowed Only if declared and approved. Enjoy the back patio with gas grill, hot tub, fire pit and casual seating. 1 C Barn sleeps 15 with open spaces for slumber parties up to 20 (extra guest fees of $10/night/guest apply for parties over 15 guests, for the 20 person overnight occupancy, some minimum stays apply for certain dates, bedding not provided for more than 15 guests). The combined gourmet kitchen, dining, and living area is perfect for hosting a larger group. This space also features a fireplace and sitting area. Downstairs, there is a separate TV family room with wet bar. There are 4 private bedrooms (two with lovely en-suite baths), 2 additional baths, and a laundry room with a full washer and dryer. For sleeping we have 1 king bed, 2 queen beds, 2 double beds, 1 single bed, 3 single fold out floor mattresses ("flip chairs"), 1 couch that converts to a double bed, and 2 regular couches. The home does not have A/C as it is situated in a high plains area at an elevation of 7500 ft and is equipped with several ceiling fans and many large windows to allow for good ventilation on warmer days.
With timbers sourced out of the Black Forest burn, siding from the original homestead, and beetle kill pine throughout the interior, our space holds a refined country barn ambiance.
We can accommodate larger groups for events such as weddings and other gatherings over 20, up to a maximum of 50. Any event over 16 people is subject to additional terms and fees; message us for additional pricing and policies.
We also have a listing across the street that can be rented for additional overnight guests. This is Badger Run, VRBO # 2115685. Either of these spaces have discounts available for simultaneous bookings, just mention you have another booking with us!

Our maintenance barn, stylized to fit 1cbarn's ambiance, is next door and occasionally utilized through a separate access. Additionally, for property protection, a surveillance game camera is installed to monitor our top parking area and front of the property. All bookings require a direct conversation with the homeowners as to the nature of any planned group gatherings.
