About this property

New Condo in the best Resort, Modern decoration - only families

Located 400 m from the beach, is a big resort ideal for your beach holidays.

It´s featured with 5 swimming pools: 1 heated pool, 2 pools for kids and 3 for adults and outdoor jacuzzi. HEATED POOL OPEN ALL WINTER-SPRING. OUTSIDE POOL CLOSED FROM END SEPT. TO END APRIL.



There are two areas where you can cook a barbecue or paella. You can also use tables and chairs to enjoy the meal under the shade of a roof.



You play some sports like play tennis and Padel. There is a tennis court and two padel court. You can enjoy them for FREE.

Make a break in the Sauna (1€/hour) or in the heating swiming pool or go to the gym. There is also playground with swings for your children.



The apartment has a big living room up to 6/7 people with large sofa, TV with international channels. and eating area for 6 people. There are 3 bedrooms: 1 double room, 1 room with 2 single beds and 1 room with 3 single beds. Linen provided.



There is a big terrace with view to the sea and to the mountains. The terrace has table and chairs for seating 6 people, and two deck chairs. There are two bathrooms: 1with shower, 1with bathtub enclosed.



Kitchen is fully equipped.



FREE WIFI with high speed.



AIRCONDITIONING/HEATING in the bedrooms and livingroom.



When you go to the beach, you will find a Windsurf/surf School with very friendly people. We recommend you this if you are coming with kids. They will enjoy it a lot and you will have time to relax (win-win).



In the area there are some greengrouceries and bakery and also a great supermarket.



About restaurants, you will find a lot but we can tell you where to go and what you have to order.

Great holidays

The apartment is very well furnished. The view is nice from the balcony, with the sea on one side and the sunset over the mountains on the other side. The big swimming pool is also really enjoyable. The location of the apartment is almost perfect: near good restaurants and a supermarket. If only the price could be little bit lower! And the beach a little bit closer! Kidding. It's less than 10 minutes by foot and the beach is great by the way.

Nos ha encantado todo, el apartamento disfruta de zonas comunitarias que tiene todo lo que puedas necesitar (piscina abierta y cubierta), sauna, gimnasio, zona barbacoas y pistas de todo tipo para practicar deportes,........ Además en el apartamento teníamos todos los productos de limpieza (incluso pastillas para el lavavajillas) y enseres para poder hacer vida aquí. Todo muy limpio , no tenia ni una mota de polvo la vitrina de cristal que tenia como 24 copas de cristal.... Para nosotros nada, ha sido todo espectacular.

Estancia muy , muy agradable

Alojamiento, equipamiento, ubicación, piscina, limpieza y atención del personal. Las normas de la comunidad para la reserva de espacios deportivos no se cumplen por parte de los porteros, si la reserva es de 20 h a 20. 30 h no se debería ejecutar el sorteo antes de que finalice el horario de pre-reserva cuando haya coincidencia de peticiones. Otros días a las 20.20 h ya no hay nadie que atienda las solicitudes de reserva para el siguiente día aunque queden espacios y horarios libres de ocupación.

Una maravilla. El apartamento estaba impoluto, muy limpio. La zona está muy bien porque mas o menos estás cerca de todo y es muy tranquila. La comunidad genial, tiene de todo, pistas de pádel, piscina cubierta, gimnasio. Para volver sin duda.

Aufenthalt in den Weihnachtsferien

Wir haben den Aufenthalt genossen. Auch in der Winterzeit lohnt es sich nach Spanien zu gehen. Das Appartment ist gross, gut ausgestattet. Das Innenbecken des Schwimmingpools ist perfekt im Winter. Der Strand befindet sich nicht weit, 5 Min. Fußweg. Zum einkaufen ist es 1 km. Schade, dass es, leider, was Sauberkeit in beiden Bäder betrifft, nicht so toll war. Aber vielleicht lag es an der Winterzeit. Innerhalb der 12 Tagen kam auch Niemand um zu reinigen oder Handtücher zu wechseln. Ansonsten schöne Anlage!

Tal cual lo ves

El alojamiento es tal cual sale en las fotos. Además el diálogo con los propietarios para comentar alguna duda es instantáneo. La limpieza un 10. La cocina está muy bien equipada y con lavadora, tendedero y lavavajillas. La terraza es amplia y tiene además de unas vistas espectaculares a la montaña unas sombrillas estupendas. Hay un cine de verano muy cerquita y el super. Las piscinas están muy bien únicamente hay sombra a partir de las 17:30-18:00 pero tienen un horario muy amplio con varios socorristas. Fue una semana ideal. Agradecida a los Hnos Chinchilla y a Gandia que no lo conocía y nos gustó mucho. Recomendaría este apto a quien quiera ir por la zona.

En general, el apartamento y los servicios complementarios (piscina, padel..

Dentro del complejo tienes todo lo que puedes necesitar sin necesidad de moverte mucho. Para acceder a la playa teníamos que cruzar por un parking de tierra (al ser este el camino más corto). Podría solicitarse el asfaltado del mismo.
