Casa Marcone is a charming apartment located on the hills of Deiva Marina, 8 kilometers from the beaches and only 4 kilometers from the motorway exit. In a strategic position to reach both the Cinque Terre and Sestri Levante and Portofino, the property enjoys a splendid view of the sea. On mornings with clear skies you can clearly see Corsica and the Tuscan archipelago. The apartment is equipped with all comforts, 2 LCD TVs, DVD, satellite, wi-fi, 2 ovens (one classic and one microwave and one steam), large fridge with freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. Recently renovated with new furniture and some design elements such as Philippe Stark chairs and Kartell lamps. There is a small terrace for candlelit dinners and a large terrace / solarium to comfortably sunbathe or read a book. The apartment has a private parking, nearby is still available ample free parking. Near Casa Marcone there are marked trails for easy excursions or to reach Moneglia (about 2.30 h.) And return with public services. Moutain bikes can also be booked on request. A few kilometers are available restaurants typical of the Ligurian hinterland.

Einfach Perfekt

Wir waren mit 3 kindern im Urlaub und auch für abends war gesorgt mit unteraltung spielen (Brett spiele eine wii und und und )der Vermieter war sehr nett und hat uns bei allen fragen die offen waren geholfen .So stellt man sich urlaub vor wir sind alle sehr sehr zufrieden und werden wieder kommen!danke für alles

Guter Standort

Guter Standort um in alle Richtung zu kommen. Gerade im August, wenn es am Meer zu warm wird sind auf knapp 500hm die Temperaturen erträglicher. Wohnung ist eine komplett neu renovierte Wohnung. Es fehlt nichts! Sehr guter Vermieter mit jede Menge Ausflugsziele und Empfehlungen als Vorschläge. Wanderschuhe und ggf. lange Hosen notwendig wer wandern möchte. Weg sind per GPS "findbar" (aber auch ausgeschildert.) und begehbar.

Sehr geschmackvoll und mordern eingerichtete Wohnung mit jeder Menge Ausstattung. Alles picobello sauber. Schöner Blick auf das Meer. Ginacarlo war ein sehr freundlicher Gastgeber der auf jeden unserer Wünsch einging und sich um jedes Anliegen gekümmert hat. Er versorgte uns täglich mit Infos und Tips rund um die Region. Wir durften auch seine Familie kennenlernen. Es war ein Urlaub wie bei Freunden.

Stilvoll eingerichtetes Appartement, sehr freundlicher Vermieter, traumhafte Urlaubsgegend.

Das Appartement liegt in den Bergen, etwa 10 Minuten vom Meer entfernt, welches man von Balkon aus sehen kann. Es ist modern eingerichtet, inklusive WLAN, großem Fernseher, 2 Öfen, einem Grill und vielem mehr. Der Vermieter Giancarlo ist sehr freundlich, kann sich gut auf Englisch unterhalten und erklärt einem nach der Ankunft die Gegend und alle lohnenswerten Ausflugsziele. Ligurien ist traumhaft schön, mit schönen Stränden, klarem Wasser und einem bergigen Panorama. Wir haben uns bei unserem Aufenthalt hier sehr wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wieder hier Urlaub machen.
