In the past centuries the building, where the apartment is and where I am personally living since 40 years on the 3rd floor, was part of a convent belonging to Santa Croce Church, one of the most significant symbol in the Florentine history.
The location in ZTL (limited traffic area) is extraordinary near to museums, historical S.Ambrogio market , shops, many little handcraft laboratories, food & pasta and sommelier schools. Some of the nicest and famous restaurants are just 2 minutes walking: Il Cibreo, La Giostra, Gilda and others typical as Natalino, Il Pizzaiolo, Rocco into S.Ambrogio Market and the offer is much wider!!!
Many sites of the most well-known language Schools, University, State Archives are at a walking distance, so very easy to reach. It is a place where people like to stay.
