The apartment, on the third and last floor with elevator, is quiet, bright, panoramic and romantic. overlooking the rooftops of the city, the terrace has a great view of the monuments and hills. Although the description said there was a lift and there was, it did not say there were 7-8 concrete stairs to get to the lift and then 6-7 fairly steep stairs to reach the hall that led to the unit. For those of us who have issues with stairs, it was certainly problematic.Although sets of towels were laid out, there was only one bath towel per guest. In the closet there was a sign over additional towels and linens saying do not touch. Additional towels would be 5 each and 10 for linens.

Gaia was a great host and was very accommodating and helpful. The apartment was in a great location for walking to everything we did. Grocery stores, restaurants, and a pharmacy were close by. We felt very safe at the apartment and the elevator was very helpful for moving our luggage on check-in and checkout. We will definitely plan to stay here again when we go back to Florence.

Communication with the host and availability at the house was amazing. The property was one of the nicest we have stayed at. Incredibly clean and the location was out of this world convenient. Everything you can possibly need as a visitor to Florence and a guest at the home was provided for and thoughtfully provided. Beds were comfortable. Heating/AC worked great. Closet storage was fantastic. Only wish we could have stayed longer than a week. Don't miss booking this one. It is a keeper.
