We stayed for a month as we waited to close on our house. The house was clean, kitchen was well stocked, nice fenced in yard with patio. Great area and neighborhood convenient to anywhere in Wilmington. Our dogs loved the fenced in yard and felt comfortable here. Located on a quiet street too. Jennifer was an awesome host, was easy to get in contact with, and provided great instructions for check in and check out. We would recommend this rental and Jennifer to friends and family!
