Wonderful time enjoyed with all family at Mairata

Great Villa, easy to find. Owl Booking most helpful, during the stay. Left with some beautiful memories of idyllic days. December is fantastic to enjoy the beautiful landscape of Tramuntana.

Really charming and cozy Finca

We enjoyed a perfect Chrismas holiday with our family in Villa Mairata, Everything has been to our entire satisfaction, a lot of space, gorgeous outdoor area with beautiful garden. We found the Villa very clean and the communication between the agency and the owner has been excellent. No doubt would return again for a family holiday. Thanks for all.

Such a nice and authentic finca - we loved it !

From the first moment on we felt welcome in this cozy and comfortable finca. We a group of friends enjoyed a great time. Although we have been in February, the weather has been stunning, up to 20 degrees. Nice Pool and garden area. Personal and professional treat from the agency.

Ein toller Ort zum Entspannen

Die rustikale Villa ist schön gelegen, abseits und friedlich. Dennoch kann man in ca. 25 bis 30 Minuten nach Pollenca laufen, ein sehr schöner Ort! Auch für Ausflüge in die Berge zum Beispiel ist die Villa gut gelegen. Der Garten ist schön und ein toller Pool, perfekt für die Kinder. Die Ausstattung der Villa ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, das ein oder andere zu ersetzen wäre an der Zeit, aber es hat alles was man benötigt und bei Problemen wird schnell und unkompliziert geholfen. Der tolle Ort gleicht aber vieles wieder aus. Geräte erneuern- Spülmaschine hat Nur noch 2 Programm die laufen, Backofen geht nun hoffentlich mit dem neuen Thermostat wieder - sonst wäre auch der dringend zu ersetzen. Etwas bessere Küchenausstattung, Messer zum Beispiel. Im Pool ertrinken viele Tiere wegen der Poolbeleuchtung, evtl. diese auch zum selber Aus- und einschalten.

Wunderschöne, ruhige Finca mit tollem Außenbereich

Es war ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt! Abgelegen, sodass man seine Ruhe hat und ein hervorragender Außenbereich mit Pool, Tisch mit 6 Stühlen, Grill... Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit, Liegen und Luftmatratzen sind auch für den Pool vorhanden. Vorsicht: es gibt draußen sehr viele Stechmücken! Drinnen ist super viel Geschirr, tolle Ausstattung (rustikal aber mit viel Charme), Klimaanlage, sogar ein kleines Willkommenspaket. Es gibt Handtücher für Pool und drinnen. Weg ist ein Steinweg, der mit dem Auto vorsichtig gefahren werden muss. Schnelle Antworten auf Fragen, es gibt sogar Waschmaschine und Klimaanlage. Es war rundum toll, wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen! Im Backofen gibt es leider keine Passenden Backbleche, sodass dort alles anbrennt (das sollte man wirklich investieren, die Backbleche sind viel zu klein!!), Mückengitter müssten dringend Mal überholt werden (haben überall Löcher). Es fehlte ein Feuerzeug für den Grill.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in der Finca Mairata! Die Kommunikation mit Owl Booking war sehr professionell und freundlich, bei Fragen gab es srets sehr schnelle Rückmeldung und der Check in verlief reibungslos, da vorzeitig alle Informationen und Zugangsdaten mitgeteilt wurden. Die Finca bietet viel Platz (wir waren zu 5.) und es war alles sehr sauber und roch auch frisch (was mir immer sehr wichtig ist ).Es wurde viel von der Einrichtung erneuert: es gibt einen nagelneuen großen Kühl-/Gefrierschrank, eine neue Couch, neue Esszimmermöbel, neue Terrassenmöbel. Man sieht wirklich, dass hier investiert wird. Frühere Rezensionen bemängeln den Zustand der Finca ja teilweise, dem wird aber spürbar entgegen gewirkt, was ich sehr schön finde! Was noch recht alt ist, ist die Waschmaschine und das obere Schlafzimmer mit den 2 Betten.Der Pool ist großartig, er wird ständig durch eine Pumpe gereinigt und ist dadurch immer sauber und einladend. Die Palmen drum herum machen die Kulisse perfekt Die Lage ist ebenfalls ein großer Pluspunkt, man ist in 2 Minuten in Pollença, einem wirklich schönen Ort, und in 5 Minuten bei Lidl/ Eroski um seine Einkäufe zu tätigen. Dennoch liegt die Finca ganz ruhig und idyllisch mit Blick auf das Tramuntana Gebirge.Wir würden auf jeden Fall in die Finca Mairata zurückkehren und können sie absolut empfehlen!

Des vacances dépaysantes

Merveilleux séjour au Mariata ! Temps idéal fin Avril. Villa très agréable avec un magnifique jardin et une grande piscine qui a fait le bonheur de nos ados!! La ville de Pollença à 20 min à pieds et proche d'Alcudia, cap de Formentor, port de Pollença. Vacances en famille inoubliables. Merci

Toller Aussenbereich

Eine großzügige Villa. Es ist alles da was macht braucht. Sehr schön die Alleinlage auf einem großen Grundstück mit Blick auf die Berge. Toller Außenbereich mit Pool, Tischtennisplatte. Sehr nette Mitarbeiter bei der Agentur. Innenbereich etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Der Zufahrtweg ist nicht asphaltiert.

Sehr schöne Finca in bester Lage

Die Finca ist sehr ruhig und gut gelegen, nur wenige Autominuten nach Pollensa. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns der sehr geplegte Garten-und Poolbereich. Die Ausstattung ist gut und alles war sehr sauber. Geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Haus mit netten Vermieter, sehr hilfreich mit Tipps und Empfehlungen. Insgesamt eine gute Ausgangslage um Tagesausflüge ins Tramuntana-Gebirge und schönen Buchten zu machen. Zwischenreinigung nach 1 Woche mit Wäschewechsel. Das ist Erholung. mehr Weingläser

Herbstferien

Das Objekt ist sehr urig und gemütlich und hat viel Platz für unterschiedliche, auch wetterabhängige Aktivitäten. Liegewiesen, Pool, Tischtennis Plätze, überdachter Freisitz, gut ausgestattete Küche. Ein liebevolles Willkommenspaket und eine nette Karte machten das Ankommen schön. Offensicht wird die Finca peu a peu erneuert. Wenn es regnet riecht das Haus feucht, aber sofort lüften oder am Abend kurz heizen, beheben das Problem. Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub.

Beautiful location only five minutes from Pollenca

We had a lovely stay at Villa Mairata. The house is spacious, cool and peaceful, and the kitchen is well equipped. The gardens and mountain views are stunning and there is a lovely pool, yet the house is only five minutes drive from Pollenca and ten minutes to Port de Pollenca. It is possible to walk into Pollenca by a back route in about 20-25 minutes. Owl Bookings provided a really excellent service - Pep and his colleagues were super friendly and quick to respond to any queries we had. The information provided at the villa is very comprehensive and helpful, too. We would definitely recommend Owl Bookings to anyone travelling to Mallorca.

Beautiful Villa and Great Location

Very beautiful villa in a great location. Very peaceful space, with no noises so perfect for relaxing and enjoying. The lawn area and beautiful garden is just like in the photos, and the villa is very traditional and with lot of character. The Owl Booking team send someone to check if all was right, so very nice too.

Lovely Villa, nice decor and great pool

Had a lovely week in Pollensa, the Villa is in a peaceful area, still near Pollensa old town. The pool is big, good sun and huge gardens for the children to run. Inside is very well equipped and I like the design of it, comfy beds too. Thank you very much!

Holiday from hell

Taxi could not find villa had to walk up to main road and wave ordered taxis down in order to get anywhere."Nice walk 15 mins" does not exist only taking life in hands and walking down very busy main rd.Villa really spacious and well equipped but damp- could only use 2 bedrooms.We would not have booked this villa as a car is essential.Unfortunately it rained for most of the week and we had thunderstorms and lost power Owl trading totally ineffective and tried to fob us off when we found their offices.Silly notices around villa but NO instruction on anything in or around the villa Only discovered the washing machine on the last day. No lights in one bedroom and a humidifyer going in the downstairs bedroom Owl trading suggested we emptied it regularly! A great pity as we were really looking forward to this holiday and it is the only time I was pleased to get home where it wasn't raining

As a favour my collegue has driven you for free to the supermarket and back to your Villa. You told us that you appreciate this service and our kindness so much, for this we are really surprised about your comment. Due to the terrible weather conditions and flood during your stay, all issues has been sorted out immediatley, for example the Wifi. We have a detailed guide book of all our Villas, as well with specific instructions of all electric items and much more information. It is a pity that you haven´t used it.
